I just received my laptop 5 minutes ago, and when I turned it on, the screen said "Recovery-Needs Repair." When I tried to get a return label - the link would not work. When I tried to contact customer service - there is NONE! The only link is to an automated email that did not respond to any of my questions - just referred me to the Returns link that I didn't work and that I was writing about. This used to be a good company with customer service. Not anymore! Shipping broken items? No contact info except automated replies? Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!
