I sent in my window sizes. A few weeks later the mini blind arrived. Color was perfect, size was perfect and it looks great up on the window. I would order from Blindster.com again in a heartbeat.
The process was easy and the end product accurate. The installation straight-forward. The results met expectations. FEDEX, THOUGH, GETS A LOUSEY RATING... THE PACKAGE ARRIVED ON MY FRONT PORCH WITH SUBSTANCIAL DAMAGE TO THE CARDBOARD CONTAINER THAT HAD BEEN TAPED UP. THE ONLY DAMAGE I FOUND WAS A 1/2" TRIANGULAR CHIP OFF ONE OF THE END PIECES THAT I HID DURING THE INSTALLATION.
Probably bought 10 - 12 blinds over the years at Blindster. Always had a positive experience until now. Two shipments in a row damaged, in the same place. Plus, the second blind didn't close the shade because the mechanism didn't work - it just spun around. Very cheap bendable blinds from China need better shipping containers, otherwise your formula does not work. We buy these blinds because they are affordable. Your goal as a company should be to get the product to your customers undamaged. I'm not coming back.
I ordered blinds for my office and the entire process was so easy. I even ordered the wrong size for one of the windows and getting the replacement couldn't have been more pain free. The prices were also amazing!

This time ordered 3 blinds for upper windows in A-frame house. Wands did not come in length requested but able to reach with a step ladder. These windows are not accessible from floor but able to control tilt with step ladder. Had previously ordered 2 blinds for doors. Great quality & looks very nice. Plan to order more for the lower windows & bedroom
Ordering was easy, wish there would have been more info on the warranty as I wouldn't have purchased it. Order came when promised, have yet to hang them but product looks good and saved me $600 over a dealer in town.
Blindster is THE PLACE if you want to purchase great blinds and shades at a reasonable price. My wife and I first shopped the big box stores (both of them in our area), and after seeing the prices and quality, did some research.
The ordering process was smooth, they kept us posted as to the status, and the blinds were easy to install -- well truthfully I had my son put them up! They look great and we're ordering more!

I have ordered 5 sets of blinds from Blindster and love them. Don't know how they do it, but the blind fits perfectly even though I measured for them. My favorite part is they make them and send you the correct length so you don't have to go through the hard part of shortening them. I always screw that up. Compared prices and theirs are great and comparable to Lowes and worth a little bit more money for convenience of custom made and delivered to your door. GREAT FIND!

I was thrilled to find these blinds! I had a hard time finding a blind for my door in my bedroom because it is a little longer than the norm. The one I ordered fits perfectly and it was simple to install.

I'm sorry you had a problem with your blinds being damaged.
Unfortunately, shipping is the biggest challenge in the window covering industry. Window coverings are oddly shaped and usually very heavy. In your case, with the aluminum blinds, one blind sometimes isn't sturdy enough to withstand rough handling. I apologize for the inconvenience and will speak to the factory about your order.
