We needed to replace the blinds in our kitchen and, after hearing an ad on the radio, decided to try Blindster. We measured the window carefully and ordered the blinds. The blinds arrived in a reasonable period of time and they fit perfectly.
I was searching for colored blinds for my sliding patio door... gray to match kitchen and stainless appliances. I heard Rush Limbaugh air a commercial for this company, so I requested a sample. I liked the product and price... placed an order. The blind fits perfectly in place of my old blind. I am a satisfied customer.
Blinds were easy to buy and install. I just wish there was a little more variety as far as fabric and patterns.
Blindster is a good site and you will save money. However these are not high quality blinds. Some of the installation hardware was missing and one of the blinds would not retract so I took it apart and repaired it myself. The top of the blind is covered with a sticker which keeps delaminating from the bottom. Overall I'm happy with the price but don't expect high quality.

I ordered three different sized Blinds, they arrived a little early and were measured perfectly. However a mechanism on one of blinds doesn't work as it should, but my wife said it works well enough. Overall we are very satisfied.

First off all, I want to say how amazing the prices are for Blindster... we had another company come out and measure the windows and the price was REALLY expensive. We decided to try to measure and order via Blindster on our own and the price was about 1/4 of the price of the other company. I was afraid the quality would be awful and I was WRONG. The blinds are the PERFECT color, they are great quality and are exactly what I wanted.
Unfortunately I made an error in typing the length of one set of blinds and emailed Blindster to see if they could fix them for me, at my own cost. They replied back immediately (and then even followed up before I had a chance to reply back as I was out of town) and offered to remake them for free, with a very tiny fee to cover shipping. I AM BLOWN AWAY. We are getting the final blind sent to us now and they have been so active in writing back (even when my customer service rep was out of town) and they are just fabulous.
I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone and will be their #1 fan for life. I cannot say enough great things from A to Z on Blindster.
I ordered blinds for 5 rooms. When they arrived, that were defective. ( the blinds wouldn't open and shut). I called customer service and they were nice but demanded pictures of the blind. I sent them one and they sent replacement blinds. Guess what? The new ones were defective and would only open one way. I called customer service again, got the same done and dance, took pictures and still haven't received the new blinds and it's been over 2 weeks since that time. I will NOT buy from this company again. I should've stuck with blinds.com. I never had a problem with their blinds.
Orders new blinds after my dog chewed them up, 4 sets, I ordered them, got them REALLY fast and installed them, about 2 weeks later, we raised the blinds when we left, but didn't on on set, she chewed through a ladder string, asked if they could just get me thr ladder string, they tried, unusual request, but couldn't so they just sent me out another set, free of charge, UNBELIEVABLE, in this day and age, I will always use BLINDSTER.COM
We had 2 shades come in measuring bigger than the measurements we gave and it to was a hassle to get it remade to the correct size. We also had 2 come in damaged. All 4 still haven't been remade or shipped and this problem has been going on for over a month now

I've already been back and am getting ready for my third order...
Ordering process was easy but one item ended up being back ordered. I was notified early and given the option to change. This blind ended up being made the incorrect length and I am working to have remade but now it will be 7 or more weeks until the correct item will arrive. Second issue, I ordered tie downs but the shade did not have tie down end caps and my parts did not come with the tie down screws.
