Awesome customer service!

I bought my curtains online and it was such an easy process but I did make a mistake in ordering a few wrong sizes so I called customer care, ordered the new one's and only a few bucks for the difference and got them shipped within a week. Amazing customer service

I will buy my curtains from them always for an amazing price.

My blind story

I was able to find the blind I was looking for easily online, and ordered it. It came in good condition, and I was pleased with the quality of the blind for the money I paid.

Good Basic blinds

Generally good blinds, well cut to size (other sites only cut width, not length), and quick delivery. Blinds easy to install with basic tools; they work well, with only small issues. One, on very wide blinds you only get one handle to raise/lower them, but could use two to ensure they raise evenly on both ends. Two, when hanging down for a while, they are harder to raise as the cells don't collapse easily. They go up with a little jockeying, but again two handles would make the refolding easier. Finally the handles attach to the bottom metal strip and hold the strip about a quarter inch off the sill plate. This can let more cold air leak into the room than corded blinds which sit flush with the sill plate.

Ann's New Shade

The shade is great. The color exactly matches the wall in the bedroom. It goes up and down very easily. When the sun is shining brightly into the room, we have the shade down. It still allows light to get into the room, but blocks out the heat of the sun. This is what we wanted.

Needless to say, we are very much enjoying our new shade and will look to you when we purchase another one.

The first set of blinds were made short & the header cloth was falling off. A wonderful Customer Service agent named Sandra immediately reordered the entire group & kept me updated by email on the status. The 2nd set arrived & fit much better, but the header material was falling off too. I have decided to just glue them back on myself & kept them. Great service rep (Sandra) but poor quality control especially when they remake them & are told of the cloth falling off issue. I thought more care would be taken to be sure these were done properly.

Great price but quality poor.

Blindster prices were very reasonable compared to other online blind companies. Online ordering was a bit difficult & site was not as user friendly as others. When blinds arrived & we were installing, we found they were not cut to the specific size we ordered. Ship time was good. Quality of blinds poor.
No, we would not order again nor recommend to a friend.

Product and service excellence

We recently ordered, received and installed roller blinds from Blindster.com. The order process was simple, two people at Blindster contacted me to verify the order, and we received them about 10 days later. The product we ordered was of the Blackout type roller blind. We installed blinds over a sliding door and 3 Windows and have noticed a definite change to cooler in the front part of the house. Blindster.com, delivers excellent custom service and an excellent range of fop quality products.
