Was fairly easy to order and we did chat online to confirm some details but everything seems to be pretty good
I was going to use them to make a DIY roman shade - but found the quality and color to be too good to repurpose. I installed the blinds and ended up putting a faux roman shade as a valance. Perfect!

Ordered six blinds only received 5 had to wait another 2 weeks to get the last one as they would not spring for overnight ship the last blind even though the error was theirs.
This is the second set of blinds I have gotten from blinds galore and I couldn't be happier. I repainted our living area and took down the old blinds and it still had the blinds galore sticker on it so I figured I would see if they were still around because it has been about 10 years. They were and I am happy with my new set! I'm sure this set will last a decade and beyond or till I change the style again :)
I initially read that it would take 7-9 days for delivery. No it was 7-9 days to go through manufacturing and an additional 7 days for delivery. My manufactured blinds sit at the Mexican border for 5 days with a shipping notice issued but no movement. If you need your blinds sooner you should look elsewhere.
Ordered a blind for a window from a past order using order history (2011), new one showed up and worked perfectly.
