The four honeycomb blinds I ordered look great and fit and work flawlessly. The motors are a little louder than expected and the charging port in the back is not easily accessible.
However, the 1" mini blind did not work. Had to call the motor manufacturer to get the motor to work properly. After that the blinds only closed 70% and stopped. Currently waiting for customer service to trouble shoot. At least customer service is very responsive and the wait times were very short.

Great quality, easy to install. I bought these room darkening blinds Because the bedroom windows face the south and we get the early morning sun, I would definitely recommend the blinds. Not only do they Do the job they are intended for, but they look very nice.
We received our blinds that we ordered in a very timely manner as promised, but I have not had a chance to install them yet. When we do, we will go according to the installation instructions provided by blinds galore.

The blinds are beautiful but they sent the wrong mounting hardware. I called and the girl said she would expedite the shipment on a Tuesday saying I would receive them on Monday via DHL. MONDAY CAME AND WENT AND I CALLED BACK AND ANOTHER GIRL SAID THEY WOULD expedite another shipment and still nothing, finically I called again and the women said they sent it via US Mail and I woul have it the following day. Again nothing,the next day I finally got them.over 2 WEEKS. I feel I was Lied to on the first two attempts. What a joke. I was going to order 2 more of the same blinds to match the other one but because of your customer service and the length of time waiting for the blinds and then the hardware I will go somewhere else. Horrible Customer Service

Received in a timely manner in good shape, good quality. Were able to install fairly easy.
I was ordering blinds to replace and hopefully use existing brackets from blinds over 40 years old. Everything worked perfectly and I was able to use the brackets, not always recommended, but in my case it was essential.
So far so good. I hope the blind does what we want and then we will order more.
