Blinds are nice and as ordered, but the lead time for one small blind was unacceptable. I've ordered many other blinds in the past and delivery was quite quick, within a month usually for orders with numerous sets of blinds. This last order took over 3 months to arrive for one small kitchen window.

Prior to purchasing the plantation shutter bi-pass door for my sliding door, I was on the phone with the rep for about an hour to ensure my measurements were accurate and the customization I'd requested was properly noted on my order. I omitted side rails since the rail on the side where my sliding glass door handle is would have been obstructed. Received the order quickly but the pilot holes drilled for the top rail were not in the right place and needed to be redrilled. Doors are too short to fit into the bottom guide rail so I'll need to use a shim underneath to raise it. Was also missing one side piece to my crown valance & the one I did get is too wide. Sent email with correct measurements of that piece to send me two replacement trim pieces.
