Honestly, all window treatments are expensive, but we found the best deal here. The ordering process was easy. We especially appreciated the decently-sized samples, so we could make the best decision for our space. Great communication from customer service. I wanted to replace a broken blind in my office and did not want to spend a lot on the new one. This works well; I like the cordless option where I pull down/put up the blind from the bottom - it was easy to install and looks good.

When ordering, I contacted customer service TWICE beforehand to make sure my order was ok and nothing wrong with it, including the large size of one blind I ordered. I was assured TWICE everything was ok. Once placed, Juan of customer service contacted me to say the one blind was oversized and we went about working on options. Juan was patient and understanding. We resolved the issue and I waited and waited for delivery. I contacted Juan a few weeks later to ask where my blinds were. He got back to me to say the manufacturer had deleted the order. He went to bat for me to get the order back in line and on a rush and gave me a $100 credit. I received the order here in Canada the day I left for a month away. Now back I am going through install instructions which are a dogs breakfast. My hubby and I are pretty good at this type of thing, but we received pages and pages of install instructions, non that corresponded to our type of blind or install, and even if they did the descriptions were short and pictures unhelpful. We are struggling to say the least to install. Hopefully once up they will look good but that wont be for a while yet. Hopefully we wont get divorced over this as the wall paper hanging was a breeze compared to this.

We have ordered from Blindsgalore two other times for blinds and were completely satisfied. Everything always looked great, came undamaged and worked perfectly. We never had to deal with their customer service since everything went so smoothly. Our third time was not a charm. Even though there seemed to be no damage to the boxes, the head rail for the vertical blinds was bent not allowing proper operation. It was time to test their customer service. I contacted them and they got a new rail sent out to us with no questions asked and no hassles at all. Everything is now installed and looks and works great. I'm glad to know that not only do they have great products at a great price, but they also have the excellent customer service to back it up. I will continue to be a Blindsgalore customer.
