Arrived in a timely manner. The blinds themselves work great and fit inside the window molding perfectly. My only advice - get the samples for the color you want! The color I picked (cider) looks different than it did on the website.
Before I ordered my motorized skylight shade, I went online and read the installation manual. Much of the manual is devoted to linking and programming the remote, and you cannot install the blind without the remote. Naturally, I assumed that the remote was provided with the blind, but it is not. You have to order it as a separate line item, which makes no sense to me. So I had to abort my installation and order the remote through customer service. I have no idea when the remote will arrive as I haven't received an order confirmation. Apparently, this issue has happened multiple times before. The ordering process needs to be fixed to prevent this from occurring again.

Needed a quick replacement for an old mini blind that had been damaged by a new kitten. The ordering process was very easy with instructions how to measure. The blind arrived faster than the estimate and the mounting instructions were very clear. In the end I didn't have to install the brackets because the new blind fit perfectly in the old existing brackets (even though they were for a different brand). So I do suggest when replacing existing blinds, just double check if they might fit in the fittings you already have.
