Ordered about 15 blinds from them. Five have broken in less than a year. Customer service is a complete joke and will ghost you much of the time. If they do respond, they will try to claim the error is on your end. Once you convince them the blind is actually broken, they require you to pay for the fixing. Never again.

Horrible customer service, took two weeks of me calling every day just to get a response, then no help fixing their mistake and no refund or replacement. See pictures of wrong sizes. Do not waste your time or money on this corrupt company

They shipped out a half-opened Coolaroo sunshade I ordered that was damaged and had an incorrect length of cord. After multiple calls and emails, and promises that they would send out a new one for free, I'm still waiting with no shipping confirmation whatsoever. I used Blinds.com for some other sunshades I'd ordered and had no issues at all. Looks like I'll have to dispute the purchase with my credit card company to try to get a refund. Horribly run and dishonest company! Wish I'd found these other reviews before I ordered.

Wrong size - no refunds

They sent me the wrong size and the mounting hardware was generic and did not fit the blinds. No refunds, just offered to ship me more of their crappy product. Customer service was rude and dismissive. RUN AWAY!

I had ordered numerous Roman Shades, one of the shades were very poorly made, and though it said it passed inspection, I don't know how that happened. It stared August 10 of 2020, and it is now October 19th, 2020 and it has not been resolved through numerous (VERY LONG...) holds on the phone, and numerous emails, photos of the error and calling customer service, I am still waiting for the promised corrected Roman Shade

UNABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!
After i placed my order online. I had a question regarding Alexa/Google compatibility. I tried to contact customer service via email, it has been a week, no response or acknowledgment. I tried to request a contact on line, it has been a week, no one contact me. I tried to call, was on hold for 25 mins, someone picked up the phone, did not answered my question and immediately transferred my call and i was on hold again... I m concerning that if there is an issue with my order i won't be able to resolve my order in a timely manner. What is a first time customer's nightmare.

Made a big mistake with Blinds Galore - we called to see where our blinds were and they would never return a call. We received blinds (4 of the same blinds) with missing pieces - should not have been a hard order to fill. Called about the missing pieces but we have never received them. Also found out that you are NOT dealing with Blinds Galore once your order is received. The website gives you the impression that Blinds Galore is there for you. They are not and I will not use this company again. Update! They were supposed to send me parts that were missing. They did not ship out the parts until I wrote my review - more than a week after letting them know that parts were missing. There is a checklist of parts and we marked on the checklist (per their instructions) to show what parts were missing. Once my negative review was posted, they sent out "any" parts they desired. I still do not have my missing parts and they have never contacted me. This just shows what a "personalized" and "family oriented" company they are as compared to the "personalized" and "family oriented" company that they try to portray on the internet.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I just wanted to let your company know that I am very unhappy with the whole process of ordering a product and then trying to cancel an order and try to get a refund.

I placed an order on 06/15/2020 for some cellular shades, the website couldn't give me a ship date so I called customer service and asked if they could give me a ship date. I was told about 2 ½ weeks, so I placed the order. I was told on my order status that it would ship out on July 14th plus however long it would take to get to my house. Horrible. So I called to cancel my order, ANOTHER NIGHTMARE!
I was told that I would have to wait a couple of days to wait for the factory to confirm the cancellation in order to issue a refund, then wait another 3-5 days to get my bank to issue the refund.
Now I have to wait who knows long to get a refund.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a blind company!

I went with Blindsgalore because I appreciate that you can sample anything before buying, and if you mis-measure they will resend you a correction for free. These are great for a competitive edge, however they won't matter if you have to wait over a month to receive your items! The claim (excuse) is that they're custom and have to be sent to the manufacturer, meanwhile I'll just sit in my home having no privacy and plenty of sunshine, which goes well when trying to sleep.

Purchasing blinds and installing them is not an easy thing. When one has blinders on, one may end up wasting a lot of money. I must have installed over 50 blinds for my homes and condos over the years. In my last condo, I installed 20 blinds. In the new condo I just moved in I installed another 15 blinds. In my country homes, I must have replaced over another 20 blinds. Measuring is tricky but once you get it right once, it is a piece of cake. Installing is easy except with the blind is overly wide. I have had to install blinds 85 to over 100 inches wide. Those I needed a second person to hold the blind while I snap the blind into the brackets. I am writing because the last time I moved, I bought all 15 blinds from Blindsgalore. Their generic brand blinds are made from the same factory as the Bali blinds. I also bought the blinds when they were on sale. Over 50% off. The most important thing was cost. I engaged a blinds expect to help me price the cost for the blinds plus labor to install and two contractors quoted me a price of between $18,000 and $20,000 for Hunter Douglas or Bali Blinds. I bought the blinds, albeit Blindsgalore generics blinds, for $2800. It took me two days to install but the savings were huge. I have now purchased more than 40 blinds from Blindsgalore. They are responsive. The blinds mostly come in on time. I had one blind that did not work. Damaged during shipping. They shipped me a new one without any questions asked. None of the blinds I have installed has failed to date. I am sure there are other blinds shops that can match the price too but my experience with Blindsgalore over the years has been good.
