I ordered a vertical blind for my living room window, when it arrived the head rail was bent. I called them and they sent a replacement out the next day. They did not ask for me to return the head rail, nor did they ask me to send them pictures of the damage. If I ever need additional blinds for my home, I will definitely being using them again.
This was the 2nd time that we ordered shades from Blindsgalore. We bought them for classrooms. Shades were received quickly. They are already installed & look beautiful. The first set of shades that we bought a few years ago still look great. Would order again from Blindsgalore.

I ordered an incorrect blind and notified Blinds Galore. They happily ordered the correct blind for me and Todd me to donate the wrong blind rather than return it. I was able to donate it to a day care center. They really appreciated it! And, I now have the beautiful blind I wanted.

Last year I ordered 2 blinds for the bedroom, All my windows are the same size. The current order was for the one of the leaving room window. Since the color and the measurements were already in the history it was easy. The delivery was fast.

I received my 3 shades but only received hangers for my small one. They did ship the missing hangers but it took another 1.5 weeks to get them. I love the shades though and they work great. Not hard to install.
