I ordered 4 floor to ceiling blinds from them 2 1/2 years ago. I had a pull cord break, and they sent me a new one under warranty. When I went to replace it, I accidentally broke the plastic clutch inside the shade. When I emailed to ask to purchase one, they replied that our shades were discontinued and the part was unavailable. They then said they would replace the entire shade, but our original color was unavailable. When I said this was a set in our master bedroom, they then offered to replace them all. Since the part for the old blind was unavailable, we had no choice but to accept their offer - and there was only 6 months left on the warranty. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

They think because of the small amounts of most orders people wont file suits. I was told my order was on hold because the wand that turns 1 of the blinds was too long. Make the lie make sense, how can a manufacture not take 2 inches of a plastic stick. The manufacture was not equipped to cut this wand to fit the blind length ordered. Need I say fake manufacture lie, ie... A real excuse as to why order was already past delivery date. Needless to say I bought from home depot, because I was told by phone my order would be canceled. I installed HD cut blinds same day for customer. A week later no refund and my customer has Blinds Galore blinds delivered in two large packages that an 87 year cannot move and that cant be used for anything. Needless to say I look like the bad guy for having these blinds sent to a customer I already finished a job for. Now I have to do more work to figure out how to discard this un needed late canceled order and fight incompetent blinds galore for a refund about the same. This order started on the 16th, canceled on the 26th when it was not shipped as stated, yet they still send it on the 29th according to the text between them and whomever they ordered this job to be done from. As I was typing this Customer just sent me another picture a third box has come from them 2 days later. They were so frantic to send something out after not filling order that they could not even send out together, WOW. Note if they have anything more than a zero"0" its because you cant give them anything less than a 1
Much disappointment and significant issues I encountered while trying to resolve concerns regarding my recent order from Blindsgalore. The entire process has been frustrating, and I must bring attention to the lack of responsiveness and delays in addressing the matter.
My original order was placed on March 6,2023. However, despite my repeated attempts to communicate and seek resolution, I faced a prolonged wait without any updates or communication from the company. This lack of responsiveness has left me deeply dissatisfied.
The resolution process took an unreasonably long time. I first reached out on 4/18, and it took over 30 days to obtain a return approval. Such a delay is unacceptable and has caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction as a customer.
Furthermore, I experienced difficulties with incorrect mounting brackets being sent to me twice during the course of my original order. Rectifying this issue required numerous calls and emails to both Blindsgalore and the manufacturer. Regrettably, some of my emails went unanswered, and it was only after my call on 5/23/23 that the order seemed to progress.
To make matters worse, my new order on their website reflects a cancellation status. Despite my attempts to seek clarification and a call from the Customer Support manager, I never received any response. Working with the customer support team has been frustrating due to the delay and lack of proactive resolution of my concerns. Their inability to access my cart number for the new order only caused further delay.
I sincerely hope that Blindsgalore takes immediate action to address these concerns and provides a satisfactory resolution, in line with the high quality of customer service the company claims to offer. I genuinely wish for my faith in your company to be restored promptly.
Absolute garbage company with terrible customer service. Ordered overpriced "automated" blinds that don't work without a hub that they don't make you order or tell you will be an additional $150. First call last week and nobody did anything to help. Do Not order from them. So many better companies that care about retaining customers. I literally have a whole house to automate. Guess someone else will get that business.
Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?

The 3rd plantation shutter was a fiasco, it came 1 inch shorter, they don't want to replace the shutter. They want me to pay for the 2nd shutter.

I ordered 8 roller shades as part of a remodel of my home. When the shades arrived, I realized that I had mis-measured. I used the exact inside width of the window with no wiggle room so none of the shades would fit. I also realized that I was going to need help hanging them since a few of the windows were high up. I contacted Blindsgalore to have their installation partner re-measure for me and give me a quote for installation. Their partner jerked me around for months and months until I finally gave up and determined I just needed 1/2" trimmed off all of the shades. I contacted Blindsgalore and they said any changes need to be submitted within 30 days. That sucks, but I can pay for the alterations to be made, right? Nope. They said they don't have a department to alter the shades. What BS! So now I'm stuck with $3k of shades I can't use. This was the absolute worst experience. Do NOT buy from here!
If you follow their mounting instructions, the blinds tilt mechanism won't work. The brackets actively block them from tilting. Throw away the instructions and don't mount them as recommended. Doesn't that sound weird? They never responded to my inquiry about why? Bad design, bad instructions, bad service.
