Sent them a query about my order, they got right back with me an answer. Everything seems good
Ordered the referenced knife and added another item to get over the free shipping threshold. Received only the small item with no response from 2 emails to customer service. After sending another email today I was informed my knife was now out of stock and they would refund my money. I asked if I could return the other item and no one responded. I just wanted the knife I ordered. This was my first…and last order from Blade HQ. I will stick with SMKW and knifeworks.com, people I've grown to trust, in the future.

Terrible, the order a place was canceled by third party fraud. No reason given. Strongly recommend going to Recon one or Eknives. Large box distributors just don't care. No call or anything recieved

I was sent customer service emails implying that my problem was fixed and my Oder was packed and shipping out and that there was a confirmation email witch there is not also it's past 2-5 day shipping period I payed for I'd like to know if I will be refunded for the shipping

I emailed support asking if they could please retroactively credit me the points for my purchase as well as my birthday points even though it was 2 days late. Alyssa from support responded to my email the same day, gave me all the points I requested, and wished me a happy belated birthday. I screwed up when ordering and had to cancel the order. Then reorder. In my mistake, it caused an issue. But Blade HQ responded very cery fast and explained what was going on with great accuracy. Awesome service. Highly recommend.
