My knife was ordered with expedited shipping and delivered quickly. It is a fantastic knife! I'm loving the Magnacut.
This was my first purchase with Blade HQ. The online purchase was seamless however I did not sign up for Blade Club until after I purchased. It took a couple of emails and telephone calls to get my Club balance resolved; customer service provided excellent results in the end providing excellent service recovery. My only criticism is a single email or telephone call should have fixed the problem with my club points balance and the amount spent on the purchase.

Bought an expensive knife that got stuck in customs and BladeHQ is refusing to contact USPS in order to have it released.
They also said that they are not able to offer a refund or a replacement (I didn't even ask for it, I just asked them to contact USPS and they are refusing).

I've done business with blade HQ for a long time never ever had issues. Unfortunately my last 2 shipments have been extremely slow in processing and shipping even with expedited shipping I've had to call and physically ask to get my shipments shipped. I hope this issues get fixed.
I ordered my first ever knife and being a little "old fashioned" and not very confident with online purchases I emailed and called a couple days after I placed my order just to be sure all was well. My call was answered immediately and not only did the young man do a wonderful job of checking on everything he also upgraded me to free shipping!... Will definitely be doing business with them again as well as recommending to all my people!

Faster shipping and USPS is not reliable. If you're knew USPS was shipping uses I would have not placed the order. Your order processing is very slow.
You're better off opening an Amazon store and letting them hold your inventory. They are the gold standard that everybody is going to judge against

Keep getting the spin and apparently now I have been blocked from the Grindworx Facebook page as well. And I didn't even post anything other than asking about my order since I couldn't get a response through any other means. This entire order has been nothing short of a complete $#*! show. Never again. I'm hoping at this point that I one day just get what I paid for.
As far as blocking me on Facebook, that's just childish. But I'll most certainly use social media to get the word out on how this company handled everything.

Ordered items on sale. Sale items were cancelled and others shipped. Refused to provide a raincheck for the cancelled items. Be careful these sales could be bait & switch. I was provided a $10 gift card the cancelled items were a savings of approximately $100. Look before you leap.

Never received any communication about a knife I purchased on 10-2-23 only to call on 10-9-23 and be told we don't have the inventory! Now I have wait for my money to refunded! Bad…. Very BAD service! I will never trust my money with Blade HQ again!

Ordered the referenced knife and added another item to get over the free shipping threshold. Received only the small item with no response from 2 emails to customer service. After sending another email today I was informed my knife was now out of stock and they would refund my money. I asked if I could return the other item and no one responded. I just wanted the knife I ordered. This was my first…and last order from Blade HQ. I will stick with SMKW and knifeworks.com, people I've grown to trust, in the future.
