Wendy did a great job handling my problem. I had purchased a knife through guest checkout and hadn't set up a method for tracking. She was able to track down my order and send me the details which was all I needed. She was friendly and funny on top of it! Great experience

Two knives had manufacturer-related issues, both of which they took back with no problems, paying return shipment, and issuing a prompt full refund. Yeah- so there was a July 4th special that included a low-cost give-away if you spent more than $150.
When I ordered it, it says it was included. When I got the shipping notice, it said it was sent. When I got the box, it wasn't there. And there was no mention of it. I sent an email customer service asking if they forgot to ship it. They said they ran out and would send me a $10 gift card to compensate. I asked for an equivalent (which they have on their website- same model- different color) but they said no. Just to be clear- $10 discount is nothing. It might cover the shipping on a small order. The more I've thought of it, the more I feel like this is an "Indian-giver" & "slimy-salesperson" situation. So, I would recommend other knife distributors.

Placed an online order. Realized there was a local store close by and replied to my order confirmation asking if the shipping order could be changed/canceled and if I could pick up the item locally instead (to save on time and shipping costs). Was told that there wasn't a way to place an order for pickup or change an order from shipping to pick up. So I had to call customer service and explain what was happening. They checked inventory and found that the item was in the local store and suggested the shipping order be canceled. Then I could just go to the store and purchase what I needed. Would have been nice to have been informed of that with the initial email response.
Other than that the agent on the phone was awesome, in store staff was great, and the product seems to be solid!

I received a knife with the wrong blade material. I emailed the help email and they confirmed that the knife was incorrectly labeled on the website. They told me in could either get a full refund or keep the knife and get $50 off. I chose the $50 off. They responded in a good amount of time and answered all my questions.
