Tried to get my email changed to get product notifications, as I will not be having my old email account, was unable to do so after contacting customer support.
I had placed an order for an item but bought the wrong color by mistake. Blade HQ shipping was so fast that it was on its way before I could cancel. Blade HQ customer service was great and I was able to get a return shipping label and refund in quick order. I've had great experiences with knives I've kept as well.

They never responded at all and then sent me a request to review my experience
After recently placing an order with blade hq there was a slight shipping issue. I emailed customer service and received an email back the following day saying that my issue had been resolved. Great service and will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

I've was already a long term customer and I recently purchased a knife that I just could not feel safe opening and closing. I emailed the returns department and got a rapid response.
