I ordered a couple of high dollar knifes. They were great quality prices from a leading manufacturer. However they didn't feel right in my hand. I immediately contacted Blade HQ' s customer service department and spoke to Cloey to initiate the returns. She was fabulous, immediately started the return process. BHD has a great returns policy. How do you not have the slightest clue when to expect freight? I work for a company that is constantly ordering product in, and we know exactly when to expect trucks to LEAVE OUR SUPPLIERS WAREHOUSE, not to mention tracking our orders through ecommerce is extremely easy. $#*!ing rediculous that your customer service cant be bothered to help the customers keeping you in business.
