Kim F. Was able to help me receive credit for points that I earned after purchasing a Koenig Arius a few months ago. I did not realize that I was not signed in and therefore did not receive the points. Kim was able to look up the purchase and credit my account. Another reason BladeHQ rocks!

Jen was very nice and helpful in finding out about my shipment and when I would receive it.
As an aside it has been a running joke with my son for 25 years to buy him a knife at Christmas. The first one I bought him he sliced his finger open. The knives I have purchased over the last several years have came from Blade HQ

I was having issues with their system not recognizing our tax exempt status and needed to contact their customer service rep multiple times. Every time I emailed her she responded within an hour or less, was able to immediately refund overpayment, and went above and beyond by providing additional help/advice that I had not solicited.
