Exemplary customer service

Had a bit of an issue with billing on my order, sent an email to customer service and Kim F. Responded very quickly, especially since it was New Years. She was professional, courteous and best of all, my issue was resolved with no further input or angst.
I will continue dealing with a company that employs this type of customer service employees.

Great ppl great product

I returned an item recently only because an item that I wanted even more came back in stock. I called em up during business hours and they made the whole process super quick and easy. Even when communicating thru email. Alyssa T. Made everything simple and hassle free. Couldn't ask for anything else when it comes to customer service

Another fantastic customer service experience

I needed to place an order for an item that recently went off sale. I sent customer service asking if I could not expecting to hear back for a couple of days. Jen at Blade HQ customer service almost immediately responded and told me how to go about getting the old sale price. I placed the order and the next business day Jen confirmed I was getting the sale price. I have NEVER had a bad experience when dealing with Blade HQ or their customer service reps. They have ALWAYS been super responsive and nice. Only buy your blades at Blade HQ!

I had an issue (of my own making) with an order and sent an email on a Saturday (12/21/24) not expecting to hear back until the following week. Kim in Customer Service responded to my email almost immediately and resolved the issue! This is the second time this holiday season that Blade HQ has helped me out. You guys are GREAT and the customer service is fantastic. I will always give my knife business to Blade HQ.

Great Customer Service

A knife I order came in with some wear damage. When asking for a replacement, Jen of customer service quickly responded and just refunded the price of the knife and the shipping. I didn't have to return the damaged knife. That was unexpected and a refreshing experience from a company. I will certainly be purchasing from Grindworx/BladeHQ in the future.
