Foul play detected, I tried withdrawing 13k USD i could not.i sent a message to their help centre for assistance no tangible reply forthcoming
"It appears you are applying to add wire transfers/SEPA transfers to your account, however our records indicate you hold a balance of EUR below the minimum amount to withdrawal. Due to this fact, we will be unable to assist you in withdrawing these funds. We apologize for the inconvenience. "
I just realized they sent this message to everyone who complained about withdrawal i filed a lawsuit against them via Nexaright.info and was able to recover my lost assests
