I recently had to return a defective item to Newegg. Had ordered items in past the worked so no problems. But the wanted me to print out a $17 +shipping label for return. They would charge me that and then when got item would credit item but not the extra $5 for taxes and shipping originally

Have bought from the company numerous times. They offer deals from time to time but you have to be careful and check elsewhere. They were much better with deals that couldn't be matched in the past. Not so much any more. There is far more competition in there area online now. Where they particularly stumble is with their customer service. Where I did have a problem either with a product, shipment, return or whatever they were always quick to make you do the heavy lifting in getting a problem rectified. You needed to push then too often to get your problem resolved.
I emailed a couple a queries and BITMAIN UK responded very quickly so I gave them the business and I'm pleasant I did because the ANTMINER is great so far.

Make sure you don't need any help, for any part of your order. Because customer care can't do a damn thing, and won't do anything. They're super unhelpful, and will give you another number to call, and then that number will call you back after you left a voicemail bc they didn't answer, JUST to tell you they can't help you.
I wasn't around for a signature and they're attempting one more time, and I wasn't even able to have them hold it at UPS, so I could go pick it up. They refused. I don't understand the BFD about picking something up from the facility. They said the seller requested they NOT hold it there. I missed the delivery by MINUTES, and they weren't able to do a single thing. They couldn't lift the restriction as far as "no holding at UPS", and they couldn't change the delivery address to help me out.
I ordered S19 pro and paid for it, so instead of getting the item shipped, I get an e-mail the next day stating that my order was cancelled which I never cancelled.

Antminer arrived with a piece of one of the case legs snapped off. Not a huge deal but not something you really want to see when first getting it out of the box. Everything seems ok after the first week, no issues so far.
I ordered three things. A mining case, fans and a controlboard. The case was on time because it wasn't dropped off at smart post. Stupid idea, btw. The controlboard, which is what I need to complete a build is STILL not here after 6 days of nothing. I am in the same City from where it was shipped. I should have just payed the extra money for Amazon to give me the controlboard. I will NEVER use BitmainUK again. Shipping sucks here.

The reason for the return was the item was not compatible with my miner as a controller. This risk was not listed in the item description. I was able to return the item but I was was not reimbursed for return shipping, which was half the cost. Bitmain UK would not refund all my money.
I made a purchase, which was confirmed and processed, then canceled TWICE, refunded TWICE. I called my bank, egg-brains customer service twice. I text the chat agent 3x. I have the transcript them giving me multiple different reasons as to why my payment wasn't processed. The customer service people wouldn't try to fix my issue only blame my bank, me or prior customer service agents. I'm no closer to a answer 8hrs later. THE WORST PART IS, that same card at the SAME PURCHASE did process one of the parts I ordered. (now being shipped to me) even though they canceled the other 6 items on the same order and calmed my card can't be processed? I know this sounds crazy but these people are vastly incompetent.
