I ordered two mountain bike wheels from this online retailer. They took payment and promptly generated a UPS shipping label the next day. Unfortunately, that's where things came to a grinding halt. Nothing ever shipped. I reached out via email as their confirmation messages and website "contact us" section says to do, but nothing has happened except for an automated response that says they will "get to you in a timely manner." Which is B/S because 4 days went by without so much as another courtesy email or ANYTHING. Upon reading other reviews, I see that I've been duped just like many before me. I hope this site gets taken down before it takes another person's hard earned money.
I bought a new bicycle wheel and rather got one with clear signs of use (scratches) and not even the specifications were correct. The company doesn't pay for the return slip and they want you to go through bureaucratic steps in exchange of nothing.
I placed an order sufficient to qualify for a discount and free shipping. No indication at any point that any item was out of stock. BSW removed 6 out-of-stock items from my order (without informing me), bringing it BELOW the threshold for the discount + free shipping, so they gave me no discount AND they tacked on a shipping charge.
Same day, when NO other activity on the card, I got >$5,000 in FRAUDULENT charges, all originating in the state of Florida where, guess what, BSW is based.
Coincidence?
Doubt it. Certainly never making the mistake of shopping with these Bozos again.
Stay away from Bike Some Where this is a thief company from Florida, I ordered from their web site. They never reply the messages & never answer the phone. Impossible to work with them. I never got the product.
If you do shop skip their expedited shipping. Expedited to these guys means pay more and get regular shipping (7-10 days). Choose regular shipping and get it in 2 weeks or more. Customer service is non-existent.
