I bought a new bicycle wheel and rather got one with clear signs of use (scratches) and not even the specifications were correct. The company doesn't pay for the return slip and they want you to go through bureaucratic steps in exchange of nothing.
Bought a windows tinting pack online, product didn't arrive, money not returned. The customer assistance person named Mariel decided to keep my money nevertheless.
