My bike shop technician told me most helmets come with an extra smaller size of chin pads. Mine only came with a set of 40cm which are uncomfortably tight. I need a set of 25cm pads. Can you send those to me?

I purchased these from reviews for the wide toe box. I typically wear a 10 4e shoe. I bought a size 11 to help me out with the width. These fit and feel great for riding. They are snug but they don't make my feet tingle after 15 miles of riding. I have ridden 5.10 and Ride Concepts, both hurt my feet while riding, but I love the grip. The Leatt's have decent grip-no complaints. My biggest issue with these is that they are difficult to put on my feet due to the 3/4 height. I have to loosen nearly all of the shoe string to the toe before I am able slip my foot in the shoe.
I recently purchased cycle shoes online from Cambria bike and purchased the wrong size. Alan from Cambria helped me with the exchange which was super easy. I got my replacement shoes super quick!
It was unfortunate that the replacements had a manufacturers defect but again Alan to the rescue! He not only replaced them quickly and free of charge but also checked that the replacements didn't have the same defect.

Had a question about an online purchase. Called the San Luis Ob shops and spoke with a young man who was knowledgeable, polite and professional. Great experience. Helmet was a convertible and performed great.

Even though I ordered the wrong part and had to return it, I received the product quickly and the returns process was very easy.

I just started using Cambria bikes for some bike related stuff. A couple of small orders to try them out. Prices, selection, and shipping costs are pretty decent. One small glitch on my first order where they split it into two orders, with no mention of that on the packing list, and said it was "all delivered" when it wasn't. But I contacted customer service, they got back to me and explained the split order, the rest of the order arrived in a couple days and it was all good. I will definitely be checking them out in the future, when shopping bike stuff.
Wow, what a great purchasing experience. Cambria bike had the parts I needed at a very good price and they shipped them out very quickly. They were just as expected when they arrived, perfect!

Have not had a chance to use the light just yet. Ordering online was easy. Delivery took a little longer that expected but this was no fault of Cambria as it was shipped when it was supposed to have been. Darn USPS and all of the absentee ballots clogging the mail system.
I've tried to return an item. (which is something the company boasts about) They approved the RMA for an exchange. It's been about 6 weeks now, and after several letters to their customer service I still have not heard back from them.
Considering I paid for an item, have not received a refund, had to pay for additional shipping, it seems borderline theft.
Bought a helmet on line for 160.00. Paid 37 dollars in shipping on top of that. Helmet didn't arrive and when I tracked it it was stuck at the border and I had to pay a further 42 dollars to DHL to get it to its final destination
