I ordered a D810 and accessories. Camera was delivered, but $500 worth of accessories were not, including a battery holder. I disputed with my credit card company, and Big Time Crooks claimed that they sent the package. Also, the invoice was not itemized properly. The invoice listed the total price and the items that I ordered, but the prices were not listed for the items. This is a cheap stunt to prevent invoice disputes.

When I went to ask about a camera, they lied about the camera being in stock and they started yelling at me and said "what are you 12 years old?" And I asked to speak to the manager and they said that they were the manager and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! Oh, and also, they work for another "website" because when I called the website, it was the SAME GUY! Absolute scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PIECE OF TRASH WEBSITE WITH TRASH PEOPLE!

Also want to add that manager of bigtimecamera.com told me if you use regular double A batteries in Nikon camera it will void the warrantee. I called Nikon and they said this is not true. I called back to bigtimecamera and confronted him with this information and he insisted Nikon was not telling the truth. So again do not buy from Bigtimecamera.com unless you want to be ripped off and disappointed

I was curious why I had to call to confirm order. Jerry said he needed my 3 digit code. Then it sounded like he said it did not come with a battery would I like to buy one? I said forget it because I can get one down the street with a battery. Then he said it does come with a battery -this was a back up one. When I said ok to the camera order then, he said "too late" he had already cancelled order. Really? Felt like a missed a scam, so I feel ok it worked out this way.

Wanted to order a camera and found the best price on their website. I saw all the reviews here, so I called just for fun and it was just as the others stated. They were rude, and insisted that the camera I wanted to buy didn't have a battery. When I said I already had a battery and then questioned if it was a "US version" the guy got very rude, screamed something that I couldn't even understand he was so belligerent, and then hung up on me.

He does Grey Market Purchases. Found out they weren't an authorized Fuji dealer. Reporting them to Fuji and the FBI I C3 Unit. Any unauthorized charge can be blocked on your card so if he tries making you buy batteries then proceeds to charge you after you tell him no, it is fraud. Their day is coming.

Black Friday Sales showed Nikon D5500 body for 399.00. A package deal for 499.00. I ordered the pkg. Then get an email to call and press #1 for BRUCE. I do so, he tells me this camera is not in ENGLISH. Its an overseas model. Cannot say what language it is. Has no battery, or WIFI. I need to pay an extra 150.00 to get an ENGLISH model and the battery. From reading previous complaints this is their way to get extra money from you. I wrote to Better Business Bureau and YES they are RUDE.

We purchased a camera for a trip to Europe and didn't even get to use it because it broke after literally turning it in a few times and testing it out. Since it was 15 days since purchase-not 7 days they won't do anything about it and now we have to go directly to Nikon. These people are terrible customer service and clearly selling terrible product-do not buy from them!

I ordered a Nikon D7200 last year from their website. Like everyone else here claims, I received a call and talked to Brice. I don't have a complaint about the transaction so much, but the camera. I received it in a timely manner, but it, and the 18-140mm lens that came with it, were packaged in generic brown boxes with a photocopied black and white product label taped to each. The camera looked in good shape, but had a few scratches on the case. Also, there wasnt a product manual with it, which I thought was odd. I should have called to complain then since it was obviously a used model, but it seemed to work okay, so I didn't. Within taking the first batch of pictures, I noticed spots in the pictures that would indicate a dirty sensor- something that generally happens after using it for several months. The local camera service shop that I took it to get it cleaned said that it must have been used previously to accumulate the dirt that was on the sensor within the couple weeks I had owned it.

The listed deal on their website was better than others, but spend your money somewhere else with someone that is a legitimate dealer. Wish I had.

They have you believing that you will get a product at a great price then to find out they sell the parts and pieces that normally would be packaged with a camera, separately. The price went from 109. And change to over $175.00. Then they make yo jump through hoops to return this product with a 15% restocking fee which, would be OK if they actually had a product that had complete contents. So very disappointed in the customer service and their misrepresentation of their products. Back to Amazon I go. These guys suck.

So disappointed. Bought a camera for one price, they called and said it didn't come with a battery. I rec'd the box and got all the stuff with it, case/tripod, etc that I didn't order PLUS they charged me $40 more!
Took DAYS to get a hold of customer service.
Their explanation for $40 up charge ----- "they charged me $29.99 for a charger" ok... what about the $10? DO NOT GET YOUR CAMERA FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE, NO MATTER WHAT!

I ordered a camera, found it at the lowest price; it was 2 months ago, they kept saying it's on back-order. So I just cancelled it, I'd rather pay the extra $40 from amazon, and it's arriving in 2 days (Prime). Don't waste your time. I wish I would have read these reviews before I did my purchase.

We didn't read the reviews of this place and lost about $200. They sold us a used camera as new and wouldn't take it back without the restocking fee. They are crooks and run more than just this company. I wish I lived close enough to pay them a personal visit...

Ordered a Nikon L830 camera from BigTime Camera on 4/4/2016. On 4/15/2016 I called to get status of order, on backorder until 4/30/2016. Called on 5/6/2016 to get status, no Nike L830 available, ordered Nike L840 for higher price. Argreed, to transaction. Agent called hung up before getting final price. Customer Service is always in a rush, never asked if you are all set. Very poor service. Will not use this business again.

I wish I had checked out this organization with the BBB prior to placing my order. They also operate under the name More4LessDigital.com.

I placed an order on 2/23/17 for a Canon 7D MKII for $949.00 from BigTimeCamera.com. After placing the order, I received an e-mail asking me to call *******113 and Ext #1 and to ask for Bruce. I do so, he tells me this camera is not in ENGLISH. Its an overseas or Import model. He assures me they have the lowest market price. Bruce tells me the camera does not come with a battery. I agreed to a new price of $1,248.00. I paid for expedited shipping (which he waived), which turned into extra batteries a 3 year product warranty on a very generic, lump sum invoice for $1,448.00.

I immediately called the company back on 2/23/17 and could not get anyone. I e-mailed, no responses. This morning, 2/27/17 I searched the web for reviews and I was devastated to read not one positive review. The BBB ratings are worse.

I called my bank today, 2/27/17 and initiated a fraud claim. Absolutely do not do business with these people.

I ordered a Nikon D5500 camera (body only), in the description it was the WiFi version. Come to find out after calling to confirm my order their product description is misleading. I talked with a rep who then tried to say the $399 camera I ordered was really $550. Be very careful ordering from this website.

It is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in the entire history of my ordering on the internet. Trust your little voice, you will pay more than retail after there ad ons and the equipment will be damaged or used.

I ordered a camera for $239 and the description said a battery/charger was included. I never, ever received an email confirmation despite emailing multiple times, no response. I called and Jerry said there was no battery with it, and I stupidly agreed to a $29.99 battery. They charged me $318.95 and sent the wrong color camera! I called again and they said to return the entire box, not just battery/charger as Jerry first told me to do. And they had to receive within 7 days ($40 shipping)! Then they would credit $318.95 and there is a restocking fee, too?! What a scam to charge $79.95 for battery and charger that you didn't order! What a ripoff! Don't buy from them. The customer service was atrocious!

Don't order! Not an actual business!

I ordered a camera for $190. My bank account showed a charge for $390. My bank called, with me present, to dispute the charge. They insist that I ordered a bundle via phone and that's what the extra charges are (though I ordered online and never talked to them). He called me a liar and screamed at the bank employee. They said I cutie return it within seven days of SALE but would have to pay 15% restocking fee on the $390 they fraudulently charged. I refused the package today. Now we wait, but I doubt they will refund anything. My bank and the police will be handling this further. Buyer beware!

Order a camera from big time camera at a great price. They then asked me to call to verify payment details which I thought was kind of weird but whatever. Called in and at the end of the call he gave me the real price(150 bucks higher) than what i ordered from the website. He said that the camera i ordered was an asian model and it didn't have english menus(i later found out that that isn't even true) so i agreed to the higher price because he said he would through in an extra battery. (everywhere else the camera comes with the extra battery anyway so that was total crap) I also confirmed with him that I would get the camera kit, bag and other stuff that they advertised on the website and he said sure. Got the camera and none of the other stuff that was supposed to come with it. Emailed a couple of times with no response. Very dishonest and by the time I got everything i needed it cost more than all the other websites that sell the same camera.

They had a red NIkon P600 listed for 600. I ordered it. A couple of days passed, with no shipping notification. I called. Oh the red is out of stock would you like a black? Sure I said, no problem. When will that go out? Its in stock so tonight. Buy the way they said, this camera does not ship with a battery or a charger, would you like to buy that extra? How much, I ask. $39.95. No, I can buy two batteries and a charger on Ebay for $19.95. Three days pass no notice of any kind. I call back. Oh they say, the Camera is on Back Order until May 15. Thanks, I said, just cancel. My guess is when I did not order the overpriced battery, the camera suddenly went out of stock.

They are scammers. Just called to ask about a deal on their site. As soon as I mentioned the deal I heard Out of Stock and the person hung up. I don't know how they would do business with that kind of attitude.
