Ordered a ATV battery from info on website search. Was sent the wrong battery for the ATV but according to the info on the site it was correct. When trying to return the battery I was informed that I would have to pay for shipping it back even though their site had the wrong information. Horrible company
Received the battery in a short time. Voltage was at 12.3 volts. Charged it, installed it, and noted the battery spun the engine well and started it right away. Do not have experience with the battery stability and longivity. I expect it to hold up over time

I ordered 2 replacement batteries, finely started the job i need them for, they worked well, but the new batteries don't lock on like the original batteries and kept sliding off a bit just enough so they lose contact and the drill would stop working. I'm a bit disappointed

I ordered a speaker mike to fit my work radio (Motorola) and I didn't want to spend over a hundred dollars for it. My employer only gives this item to their supervisors and managers, and not to line employees such as myself. I found the Bigtime Battery site online and decided to give them a try. I put in my order at 10 AM on Friday and the item was in my mailbox (I live in Connecticut) at 12 noon on Monday. I was thrilled to get it that fast. It is now 2 weeks later and it's working great. Just as advertised. I'm totally happy with the product and your company, and I will order from you again.

This is my second time purchasing a Banshee from Big Time Battery. The other one lasted just over 3 years which is excellent for my atv. Normally lucky to get 2 years. Unfortunately I actually bought the wrong one this, totally my fault, going to try and modify my battery holder to see if it can be used. If not called customer service and they were great but unfortunately they don't pay for returns you have to. Which I can live with. I think even if you have to do a warranty claim the same issue with returns would apply. I still would recommend this company to do your business with!
I have been using Big Time Batteries for almost 10 years. Only had one battery out of about 8 that needed warranty replacement. It was handled quickly and correctly. Highly recommend them
