This game was ruining my life. Eventually, every time I logged in, I immediately went into deep depression. Spinning in the end felt like I was being cut by a knife every time I hit the button. Eventually I gained severe anxiety and this wasn't a game anymore. There was nothing but an unsatisfied disgusting scam feeling going on every single day. It was one of the darkest places I've ever been in my life. They don't just take your money, they take your energy, self worth and lives. This place makes jail look like a luxury resort, id probably pick sitting in a jail for a month with free food than paying to play this pile of financial raping garbage. One day I said goodbye to my friends and made a resolute on my soul to never ever log into this hell pit EVER. Funny enough all my friends almost decided to do the same, so there wasn't much to leave in the end. This game ate itself with increasing yearly greed and nothing like this deserves attention let alone finance. This game is the epitome of sickness and greed and you can smell its taint.

This stupid site was charging my credit card every month even though it said right on my account that my membership was canceled months ago and it wouldn't be so bad if they were giving me game credits like they are suppose to when they charge your card in the first place but they don't they just continue to take my money and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone to try and resolve it so I had to call my bank and cancel my card.

I have accessed this site exclusively since 2012. It's unfortunate but the site has started to carry games that have explicit, killing of innocent animals that just happen to be bystanders in the games.

I contacted them several times and the individuals who returned my emails had a "I couldn't care less" attitude about my concern.

Under no circumstance will I allow my hard earned money to be used to promote cruelty, and abuse to animals.

Shame on you Big Fish. I hope every one reads my review and stops using your site.

You would think they would be smart enough to let people play for a while on the chips they purchase. I've been dumb enough to purchase their highest chips packages ($108.00 each after taxes are tacked on!)... nope, not the case! They claim the odds are the same as a real casino but the problem with this is... you are NOT a real casino and I'm not winning real money. You are a game threat I'm playing and I'm getting chips, not money.
The only reason they're not being stopped from ripping ppl off is because CHIRCHILL Downs owns this app. Someone needs to grow a pair and stop them!

This is a game. Just a game. But too often people forget that. The scatter games are fun. The People who play seriously and criticize you for not betting high so they can get free chips off you hitting "scatter" are no fun. I have high chips but have good luck hitting 5 scatters. But if I bet my winning range( 18k on Secret Grove) I am called things like bottem feeder and dog droppings. These people make me hate playing. It is not my fault they went broke. When you get free chips for someone who is broke, they should not refer to name calling. If they have a problem they should go have their Mommy change their Diaper. Babies!

It was bought by an american gambling company that profits off making us lead groups of customers against others on 2 different apps that draw more attention to the more profotable one... Its not for real money so they break no laws by not offering or posting ads to prevent gambling addiction... Its a company that helps real people earn real wages... Dont get angry at the tricks they play on us... Get smart and keep letting them hear it without disrespecting the employees... Ill get nothing for trying to make an agreement between grievances... I never had a wife or family and cant beat my addiction of helping others just to make complete strangers enjoy the time spent on there... Im not a strong person but i will stand up fir what i think is right for all and not just whats best for the american company.

When i joined the big fish games club i was happy at the time for over a two year period until one day i noticed that money was going out of my account for games not ordered by me. So i tried to contact the help service which they claim to have but no joy there. I could not sign into my account anymore so i rang my bank and told them what was going on. They closed my account and got every penny back that i had paid to this corrupt company. Never buy games or give them your credit card numbers.

I was a big purchaser of the bigfishgames website and bought a lot of games. I downloaded the app and everything was fine until it stopped working out of nowhere. All of a sudden all of my games that I purchased became a trial game and the app doesn't even let me play them anymore. Kept showing me error message. Money down the drain. When I emailed their help desk they replied to me to read the articles which I already did. Before I emailed them I un-installed and re-installed 4 times based on all the article for all the different error code that the app kept telling me. So, when they replied and told me to read the articles I replied back and was like I already did. Final result was they told me I was rude and to have some respect with the issue still in place. Never buying any more games from this site ever again. I'm just going to find some where else.
