The best gets even better. Easily my favorite game from last gen. Remastered in 1080p, 60 frames per second. This game is a masterpiece, top notch storytelling from start to finish. Please do yourself a favor and get this game, can't recommend it enough.
I purchased a TV on Amazon. I received my item in an acceptable time. I even asked for a signatured service on my package and they did it eithout any extra charges!

BidDeal is the worst of the worst. I paid $1500 for a laptop, and finally got a broken one. I could hardly read the screen because it flickered so frequently. And then I requested for exchange, they emailed me, I replied them telling them the problem. They totally ignored me after they took my money. Even now I still haven't received any respond from them.
Flat out, stink. They lied about when my order was shipping 3 times and caused my son not to get his Christmas gift on time. Always a auto generated answer. No apologies. Nothing. Stay far far far far far away.
Absolutely disgusted with BidDeal. Asked to cancel my order because it was taking 10 days and they still have processed it since I ordered it. They didn't cancel it, but sent my Pelican case anyways. Shipping only took a week, thank god, when it arrived, the packaging was in great condition and undamaged, but the Pelican case was ruined and torn where it had the brand Pelican written on the latch. Like I bought it for the name brand, and the name to stick out, plus the quality of it to be durable for my use, not for their use before they send it out. Like why in gods name would you ship it like that. The part of the box that shows an opening so a customer can see the quality of it, is destroyed.

I ordered a product from BidDeal through Amazon 3 weeks ago, with plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. I got a tracking number and it showed as shipped, to arrive by the 20th. I waited until today to ask about it and was told the order didn't ship until the 20th. They ship snail mail, so there's absolutely no chance of getting it in time for Christmas, since it's in Boston and I'm in Salt Lake. I emailed back telling them this wasn't right and got a "thank you and have a nice day" reply. Do NOT use this company. I will be filing a complaint through Amazon. This company needs to be gone.
I ordered phones and what arrived was no where close to what I ordered. I responded to them via email because that was the only contact I could locate and advised the situation. Next day I received an email saying there was a listing error and my order was cancelled. I was to ship the phone back at my expense and when they got it back, they would refund me. They screwed up the order, they should pay the return shipping and refund my money NOW! They took my money before they shipped the goods so they should refund it immediately upon learning of the error! Very poor service, will not use ever again!
I bought a garden hose from Biddeal a affiliate of Amazon, not happy with performance of hose. Both companies return policy suck. I tested out hose for approx. 2 minutes, biddeal says opened package considered used. With shipping, handling and HELLO a used hose, I would more than likely receive next to nothing for a $40 hose Don`t Buy. Run from these unsavory SCAM companies
I wish I would have read these reviews before trying to buy something from BidDeal. What a JOKE! Tried to buy a Samsung TV through them via Newegg.com, which I love by the way, Newegg is awesome. But they have BidDeal via their marketplace, which they need to remove them as a vendor ASAP! Submitted my order and received a confirmation that it would be shipped in 1 - 3 days. After 10 days, I get a notice that my order had been cancelled by BidDeal. AVOID THEM!
I ordered a Samsung blue ray player and they sent me a s6 phone case could not get in touch with anyone to complain so now I'm trying to either get my money back or my correct proud of by the way of their service I think I just want my money me turned you not used this service
I love Amazon.ca - however I ordered an AT&T Headset through Amazon as my headset I had for many years was damaged. I did not see that I was actually purchasing from BidDeal - The item arrived over 10 days after my order was initiated - I tried for hours yesterday to have the headset work - however no luck. I called Amazon only to find out that BidDeal has a policy "Package Unopened 10% restocking fee - Package Opened 20% Restocking Fee! So please tell me what sense does that make? If you purchase an item and you do not open it to utilize the product! What is the use in purchasing the Product? I WILL NEVER EVER USE BidDeal again and believe me I will warn all and anyone regarding this ridiculous policy! Amazon.ca will be following up with this Shoddy company! BUYER BEWARE
Not great customer service. The response time was fast, but ultimately they don't stand behind their products, and just provide pat, scripted answers ("sorry for the inconvenience" etc.).
