We know you did not acquire this product through an authorized reseller channel and the product you delivery will may not be the current version and thus, not match what we are offering on the Amazon marketing page.

You are not authorized by any agreement with us to use or trade on our trademarks or copyrights for your selling. Notice on the selling page our box with trademarks and our copyrighted screen shots. This is a serious violation of the laws. Our trademark is "AnyTime" and "Individual Software logo" and our copyrights are the screen shots. You have no right to use our marks to sell your product. We get no revenue from your sale and you have no license to use our marks. You have the wrong product version and you are misusing of our marks.

Until this notice - you may not have been aware of these issues, some with legal implications. Please remove this offer through cooperation - so we can avoid taking further steps. You have 24 hours left before next steps will be taken. Next step is legal "cease and desist notice" & investigation of your product and removal as a vendor on Amazon. Amazon is helping us remove 3P vendors like you via their Brand Registry system.

I noted you have a 84% seller rating so I expect you to remove your offer and maintain a good rating. You won't as I believe you are selling products that don't exist,

This was my first purchase with them and it was very, very bad impressive!
