I am a High School photo instructor, I buy TONS of photo gear and equipment... B&H service is consistently lame... it sucks... the reps that I talk to are arrogant and condescending, less than helpful and rude. I recently had an issue with a tripod that I bought from them, they told me to contact the manufacturer, when I asked for the number, the rep told me to google it.

It is so easy to shop B&H. I've always found what I need and never had to return anything! I have bought several cameras and a lot of accessories from them.

I have ordered many items from B&H, and have always gotten quality equipment. If necessary to return an Item, there is no problem. You do have to pay the shipping fee.
Have made quite a few purchases from B&H and have always received reasonable prices and fast shipping. And they carry just about anything in the photo / electronics category you would want.
The staff at B&H Photo is very knowledgeable and friendly. No question is too basic. They help you find the right equipment even if you don't know what you're looking for.

There are lots of options but I keep coming back to BH. I just wish they'd offer free, expedited on all the expensive toys I buy. "Expedited" is not FedEx Ground.
I'm making a computer for a friend. B&H has the right Intel NUC bare-bones computer, the solid state drive I wanted, the 8 gig of memory I wanted and an install-version of Windows 10 Home. And because an order placed on B&H Monday 3:15 PM ships the same day, I'll get it on Wednesday in Massachusetts. What a company! Anyone between DC and Boston should only shop at B&H.
