I needed a device to connect 2 Apple Macs to a single Monitor and Keyboard. Used chat and tech support pointed me to the correct device and naturally thay had the best price on the Web.
I have purchased from B&H many times and the process is even easier now with the PayBoo. I can always find what I need and the customer support is very informative.

This updated review isn't for B&H at large, but for the embodiment of B&H customer service in particular. This is a customer's accolade of Henry Posner himself - the B&H guy tasked with dealing with all the nonsense social media commentary that is directed towards B&H.
At the time of this update, there are 1009 Yelp reviews. Expectedly, most are accurately positive. Naturally, with a target as big as B&H, you're going to read a lot of hater commentary as well. Henry Posner is respectful and artful in dealing with legitimate AND clearly illegitimate reviews alike.
B&H - companies in 2016 ought to study your model and adopt many of your practices. You've NAILED customer service & satisfaction - whether online, on the phone or in person.
I recently bought a used Canon 2x ii teleconverter. It arrived as expected. B&H is the ONLY online vendor from whom I purchase new AND used equipment (85mm 1.2,24-70 2.8,70-200 2.8 - and that's just a few). I feel foolish even complimenting this purchase at risk of folks assuming that the dozens of my purchases before this were any different.
Henry Posner - since I'm confident you're going to read this - please know that this B&H enthusiast is a big fan of yours and recommends any outfit wanting to upgrade their own social media management staff to watch and learn from you.

I have had nothing but FANTASIC service with B and H. I like the daily deals and fast shipping! Their customer service has always bee great when needed.
I ordered a Fugi XT4, for $1700. When it arrived, I did not think about the color of the outlet plug, until I couldn't charge the camera. When I called they asked no questions, but assumed it was a faulty battery and expected me to send back the battery before they sent me another one. I discovered the problem on You Tube and on reinspecting the camera box, it was clear it had been tampered with and the original parts had been replaced with parts that did not work. I was on hold a long time for a customer service manager, who could have cared less and insisted multiple times that the package came directly from the manufacturer. I did not like that I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get the issue resolved while the manager put on me on hold and then insisted they had no cameras in stock to replace the camera I had ordered. I was told that Fed Ex would pick up the faulty camera package and when I didn't hear from them for THREE days, I called and customer service told me the package (a camera) was too heavy and I would have to take the package to Fed Ex myself. There are other vendors that match their prices. Shop around. This company can not be trusted.

Lens did not connect saying (lens unavalable) and lens was tight to unscrew. Took to USED Dpt and they reffered me to outside company. OUTSIDE COMPANIES findings,"lens and camera corrosion damage we cant help you and sony won't either". They Returned it to me, I turned around got someone to look at it fix it for $150.00. They did, and guess what THE PROBLEM was? The SETTINGS. B&H gave me $25 dollars credit next purchase. Fred moshe Blumenthal Big Insult/ SAUVER PROGRAM COMMUNITY BASE PROGRAM FOR YOUTH.self funded by me. Were is the accoutability? Very cold blooded. And i shop here all the time. I am shocked. Who is responsible to reinburse me for the money i paid. And why didn't people just check the camera? I was at the last week of my warrenty,Hardly ever used camera. Very sad.

Very easy to order. Customer service was a big help in ordering a polarizer filter to go with this camera. Also a Cokin A series 62 mm adapter Ring A 261 to go with this camera.
No matter how obscure the adapter is that I am looking for they have something to fit the bill. Makes it possible to create my own microphone adapter to fit on my Removu S1 Gimbal Head.

Thank you for your order and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. This purchase was placed on 11/07/22 for a new Sony camera + lens kit. The first after-sale comment in the order's customer service log is from 10/26/23 so it seems the camera and lens worked well until then. The repair company's comments dated 10/26/23, include, "The associated corrosion/liquid damage require parts/labor beyond the economical repair threshold. We suggest replacement."
