B&H seems to have what I am looking for and they have it right away. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of video and SLR camera equipment form them. When I what something I go to them and they have it and I order it right away. They are the best.
Noting more to say. When I need something, my first and last stop is B&H. You won't find better prices elsewhere. You won't find better shipping elsewhere, and you won't find better customer service anywhere else.
Easy to do business with very reliable and trustworthy company to do mail order with. Free shipping to Hawaii for some of the products and that really appreciated considering the high cost of shipping to Hawaii.
Over years of ordering from B&H the one consistent trait is outstanding Customer Service with a pool of knowledgeable staff who can answer the most technical of questions. Pricing is always competitive and their vast Used Camera Equipment section is like finding treasure when trying to find top shelf equipment at a great price with realistic condition reports. I would recommend B&H as the first stop any Photographer/Videographer make when looking for the best kit, backed by the best staff in the business.

I have purchased a lot of electronics online and B&H always has the best prices. I had a couple of things I have had to get exchanged and returned and the customer service is excellent!

I've ordered stuff on Amazon and other sites before, but nothing comes close to the superior shopping experience offered by BH Photo.
Primarily, the reviews are honest, unbiased and and extremely helpful.
Secondly, the bundled deals are awesome. I wanted to buy a Heart Rate Monitor and a point and shoot camera on Amazon, but BH Photo not only offered a better price, but offered an awesome bundle for both products, where I ended up saving substantial money.
Also, the accessory suggestions have always been on point, and I am so glad I bought a few of them (leather case for my camera and the carrying case for my Garmin Heart Rate Monitor).
The ease of payment is also a bonus. I've linked my paypal account, which makes the payment process A LOT easier.
Basically, BH Photo is the best.
I have been a customer for years. BH the best. For many years I purchased photography equipment. Nikon, Canon. Audio equipment. I have been to the store and it is one amazing store. Great place, Great people.
I ordered a small telescope(USD87) from B&H and arrived to the customs in a reasonably time. I paid USD 46 for the delivery cost which is also nothing to complain about. However the item stuck in the customs because of missing digits in HS Code. It was impossible to clear and get the items with these codes. So I contacted B&H for a return actually a recall as I dont physically have them with myself. They quoted me some USD 255 for the return! This was rediculous. This means my return right is usurped, this is that simple.
As a customer I don't care about company's third party relations or agreements with logistic partners but what I will definitely expect is a trusty and fair manner in each part of the service; this is selling and returning practices.
In short don't expect this from this company once they sell, they finish the service. This is what they understand from a online customer shopping experience.
Previous review of B7H Photo Video was on my D800 Nikon, this year my task was to upgrade my Wi-Fi connectivity to giga-bit capability. I first ordered an older mesh router by mistake. I quickly caught my error but B&H had already shipped! I sent in an order cancellation and within 20 minutes was given an return authorization and will get credit for the older unit. The new router was shipped the following day. Got Fedex confirmation that the first unit will arrive today and the newer unit the following day.

Worst service ever! FedEx lost my package, and B&H didn't file a claim with FedEx. I lost my money simply because B&H didn't do what they were supposed to do. Don't buy from B&H.
Been ordering for years thru B&H. I got to use my reward money by not going thru PayPal. Don't understand that. I'll feel good if my order arrives on time. I don't understand their shipping carriers deciding to hand off my orders to the USPS to deliver to me when the USPS is 2mi. From my house. I always get my orders undamaged but the shippers usually throw me a curve ball!
It's sad to see I am not the only one affected and investigated by their verification and financial departments. Being a good citizen I am very enraged by their words and actions. It also saddens me to see how racist some of their responses are. Even here, just read some of their customers' experiences.

We need to take some legal actions here. We need to spread the word. The way they treat their customers is just plain wrong and inhuman. They do good most of the time. Disappointing some of the time.
Like today. When i added an item to my cart it told me delivery by thursday (2 days) if I order before 5pm. I ordered at 3:25 but now they say friday. Disappointing. They do good about half the time.
I've been dealing with these guys since the 1990's. Cameras, camera supplies, lenses, filters, film, memory cards, scanners, printers, ink sets, whatever my business needs, B&H has it, no problems. Very trustworthy too.
B&H has products the other large stores list but don't have on hand. Moreover, their customer service was very helpful in establishing our account properly and setting us up for future success. Great company.
Answer: ANy refurbished item we sell has been refurbished by the manufacturer or official US distributor, Nikon USA or Canon USA etc. Other used items are each rated on a numeric scale and we tend to be conservative so customers are not disappointed.

Thanks for your email and again this would have been best if we had been able to speak on the phone. I have had our warehouse management team and director of customer service look into this again to see why they are convinced the serial number that was returned was from Nikon D7500 camera that was on the first order.
I have emailed the original invoice from the first order you placed on June 28th which shows we shipped out the Nikon D7500 serial number ending in 991. The photo of the box you sent contained the same serial number that was on that invoice. You signed an affidavit stating that you did not receive the camera shipped on June 28,2023, with a serial number ending in 991. Once you can speak on the telephone, I will explain why the receipt for the replacement camera had that serial number on it.
At this point I have to stand with the decision our returns department made of not issuing a refund for the Nikon D7500 camera.
