BHFO

After days of asking why BHFO UPS second day air status showing just label created...finally acknowledged package is lost. Lots of messages, finally a refund is pending.

Nice product. What I wanted. The only disappointment for me was it says it ships USPS which I use a lot and priority only takes about 2 -3 days these took a long time. I wanted to wear them for a xmas party and they didn't get here until the 29th! I ordered a different pair off poshmark and they were here in 2 days USPS along with 3 other pair of pants. So when they say they ship USPS it ships UPS and then switches to USPS so it comes at a snails pace! Bummer.

I have been shopping with BHFO for 2 years. This is not the first time I have received the items with wrong sizes. For example, I ordered size "2P" for Connected Apparel Womens Petites Knit Ruffled Bolero. However, a "14P" had been received this morning. I feel very nervous every time when I open the parcel. According to your return policy, even BHFO makes the mistake, I still need to incur the shipping costs. Also, the return process has been painful and it is very expensive to ship the wrong items back. Therefore, I have decided to stop buying from BHFO.

This company sold me a dress with a hole in it, and is refusing to let me return it. I purchased the dress on eBay. It was listed as new. When I received it, I found a hole the size of a dime in the seam of the thigh. When I sent a message to exchange it, they sent me a message stating that some of their items may not list certain defects, such as holes, pulls, or loose threads. But this company can list something as new and unworn. It's false advertisement and they know it! Unbelieveable. Now I want to return it and never deal with this company again. And I will post this everywhere I can to warn others not to deal with BHFO either.

New shipping provider now collects on behalf of my government for duties and taxes instead of my government collecting it themselves and Now shipping costs have doubled. On a hundred dollar purchase plus $60 shipping plus $40 duty and taxes plus $10 for DHL to handle my monies instead of my government collecting them now the shipping is more than the merchandise and %10 is because DHL collects instead of the government and that fee is on even a $20 order. BHFO has no comment or even will respond.

These boots are a rare find, and they're not too gaudy or busy. They're very classy and the heel is just right so glad I was able to find them at such an incredible price. This is why I'd love BHFO.

Great selection easy checkout decent shipping times. BUT beware don't buy final sale items. The sizing is was off on my sneakers by an entire size and I ordered my normal size.

Fast delivery, good quality. Although one dress doesn't fit and can't be returned since it's final but this is understandable. Overall experience is positive.

Just as the description, great fit, ill suggest to add up on the size, im 12, i ordered a 11, but a 14 would've been more comfortable...

I ordered 2 pair of boots and they are awesome. Great price and overall experience but 1 pair had a scuff mark on them. I will have to see how the exchange process is.
