I opened the box today to try and install this motor and I can immediately see that the mounting bracket is bent on one corner. I can also see some scuff marks on the exterior of the motor. My guess is that the motor was dropped, landed on one corner of the mounting bracket first (which bent it) and then the main motor casing hit the floor (which scuffed the exterior paint. Given that, I am leery of even trying to get into it because dropping the motor might have damaged the motor itself, I am going to send back.

Easy to order and arrived on time. Product was very well made and easy to install.
I ordered the 16' bunks, which require special handling, and the local trucking company took a while to get them to me. They also refused to deliver them down my driveway, so dropped them at the street. But my wife and I loaded them on our small trailer and drove them to the house. Am in the process of installing now. It is going well.

I was wanting to order a jet ski electric conversion kit. I had a couple of questions and stayed on hold for 40-45 minutes (I finally gave up.) I tried again and the same thing happened. I called again and tried a different phone prompt and got a human. I told them what had happened and asked that person to have someone from customer service call me (she said she would) it never happened. I finally just ordered the unit that I though would fit and luckily it did. Never talked to anyone in customer service.
I've had the worst customer service experience. The rep was rude/unprofessional/argumentative--even with my credit union rep on the call, too. "It takes one to know one," she said to me at one point. She threatened legal recourse. No sense of CS. I will share broadly. Do not buy from this company.
I was already happy with my new skiff lifts, but Sally, the storm, had other ideas. So, through several orders, I am back in business. Your products are amazing, as well as your staff, especially Linda. Let's face it, you are only as good as your staff when trying to understand your order. Great job!
Unprofessional company. Find another one. They don't provide an estimate of shipping. They give you the price of the article. They ask you data for payment. Boom they add a high shipping cost! Don't purchase here
I placed two separate orders about 10 days apart. First I ordered 3 black caps for my dock poles to see how I liked the product. Very good quality, sturdy well molded construction. So, I ordered 3 more for my remaining poles. Both orders were promptly filled and I would recommend this product and the company-- very satisfied.
All parts were in stock and delivery was timely. Had to call customer support and was happy with the response.

Problem with your site accepting my credit card. Finally got it accepted then was notified order cancelled. Apparently an error in the amount charged. Had to reorder from beginning because of that error.
