Problem with your site accepting my credit card. Finally got it accepted then was notified order cancelled. Apparently an error in the amount charged. Had to reorder from beginning because of that error.

Website was adequate, though lacking in some detail for a person unfamiliar with boat lift equipment (like me.) Sadly, my attempt at 'live' phone service was less satisfactory, basically, "just go to the website". Uh, okay, thought I did that.

Anyway, I finally figured it out and the products are so good it mattered little.

Very busy when I came in to the retail location. However, got fast service and picked up order within an hour. Products are very high quality and staff is very professional. I will definitely shop again for all my dock needs.

I make a mistake ordering this belt's believing.all old flat plate gears used this size and my pulley is 10 inches. I am going to order two A X 34 and a hope you people let me do the return of the two AX 35 I already received

Really like how product went on and covered. We cleaned with bleach first, waited a week and applied stain. Looks great. Really like color.

One issue was the cans were all bent up and it amazing they were not leaking. This isn't a reflection on product, but on how shipper handled it. Not sure I would order 5 gallon can next time.

All was great except your shipping rates are above average. I was charged $10.70 shipping for two lightweight switch handles. Certainly not as competitive as buying on Amazon or Ebay where most shipping is free.

Great job, received just as advertised. Fit perfect to replace the old lift. More than enough power to lift a 3000 lb. bass boat.

Have not installed product yet. But it is the same as the one I am replacing. That deficient one by the way should have still been ok but for my brilliant idea of overloading the lift beyond recommended weight. Not your fault mine!

All was shipped the day they were ordered. There was a damaged part and a replacement along with a spare was shipped right after I called. The sales people are a pleasure to work with. In decades of being a dealer we have always been happy with BH USA.

I had originally purchased this product through a reseller, but the reseller was unable to "order" my product for whatever reason. I contacted the ladies in the office at BH-usa and the processed my order immediately. Thank you for saving the weekend by getting the product there fast!

All around failure for BH-USA. Picture not provided for rear of part and size isn't defined. Part was too small and didn't fit on shaft for which I needed it. Lastly, BH-USA was going to charge extremely high price for return shipping for such a small piece of plastic that it unfortunately went into the trash.

You guys are the BEST! Thank you for sending great products, on time (in fact much earlier than expected), at a reasonable price. You are treating your customers right, BH.
