All was great except your shipping rates are above average. I was charged $10.70 shipping for two lightweight switch handles. Certainly not as competitive as buying on Amazon or Ebay where most shipping is free.

I have been using this company for lift parts for years. Can't say that I have had no issues, but when I did they were promptly handled.
