Trying to make a deposit with this company is a hassle…they keep saying deposits are denied but they are not

I've been charged up to 14% fee instead of the 7.5% fee they advertise. I sent them copies of my bank statements showing all the fees and they asked for more documents. I finally gave up! They screw you any and every way they can and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

BetUS welched on paying me for my winning Super Bowl bet Eagles +1. Deposited they hit my card, made a bet $250 saw my remaining $50 below that bet that on under 48 1/2 (lost that) but when I went to get my payout (minis their $23 vig on my winning bet who ever heard of paying vig on a winning bet!?) I was told I bet Free Play and had to accumulate $8400 in additional bets to request a payout. Even if I did, they try to jam you with flim-flam crypto bitcoin payouts and if you request a wire xfer they gig you $45 for that!
But I would not bet $8400 in 40 years and I'll be dead by then. The only betting I do is on Super Bowl every year to make it interesting $200 - $300.
I got my initial $300 back and they welched on my winning bet! If I saw one of these punks I'd drop him on the spot.

I created an account and deposited money with pure ease, but after winning my bets, they make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to withdraw your money. I was told that NO payout can be submitted for 72 hours after a deposit, even though the deposit had already been taken from my bank account. They WILL NOT send it back to your card (as any other site will), but they force you to use crypto, or receive a paper check that takes over a week to receive. I reluctantly decided to create a crypto account in order to get paid quicker. I made a minimum withdraw the first time to be sure everything was set up correctly. It went alright and only took about a day. When I decided to pull a larger amount out is where everything went bad! I requested a payout in bitcoin and they say it could be up to 24 hrs. After over 30 hours, they cancelled my payment request with no explanation why. They just tell me to request again and wait another 24 hours. After speaking with them on the phone and them being extremely rude and unprofessional, I told them that I would file a complaint against them. I was told because I made a "legal threat" that my payment would now be processed in 7-10 business days and my account suspended. So here I am on day 7 of trying to recover my winnings and now I'll have to wait to hear back from my attorney to see if I will have to pursue legal action.

Don't use this site. No withdraw only deposits. Discusting customer service. Won't let you cancel a bet before kick off. They give you a ridiculous excuse. Terrible site. They responded back with A LOT of nonsense. Still no withdraw. Made me call in again! Even when you call there is no prompt for payout. Terrible customer service for a terrible business. After I began betting the free play money and won is when I was informed that before I withdraw my earnings my money needs to be rolled over for at least 28,000$ in action. So, I tried to withdraw the 1000$ I deposited. And they said no because that money is subject to the roll over rules also. So I could not even withdraw my own money. So, I would have to bet *******$ before I could withdraw any money I deposited or any money that I had won. Who tf has 28,000 to bet before they can even receive their own money?! Had I known this I would not have accepted the free play. This is how they scam you. After I explained all of this, they told me I would be receiving my total deposit of 1000 dollars back. Shady employees throughout this company. Advertise "fastest payouts" yet they are doing everything in their power to not get me my payout. I have waited over 2 weeks for a bank wire payout. Making up consistent excuses and putting it on their "third party" as to why I don't have my money. I have never had a bank wire payout issue with ANY other sportsbook. Only here. If I could give this site a 0 star I would. Their bonuses are completely worthless as you need to bet a ridiculous amount before they become your money. On a $300 Match Bonus I would have to wager over $28,000 in bets. I'm guessing they've never paid out any of them. In the Casino it's even worse and you can't choose live dealer which I assume means they can manipulate the software so you never win. Getting a payout was impossible so don't waste your time or money. There are too many legitimate and legal sports book out there so skip this one
