This same thing keeps happening when using BETUS. And I just got off the phone for the 3rd time in one week. And they just admitted that it happens frequently. I enjoy betting on sports. Even more so I enjoy placing, live sports bets (as the game is being played). Today, I placed a new live wager and after the game was over I checked for my winnings. Upon checking, I am looking at my bet as losing. I check the score, the score says that I won. I check my bet and my betting ticket says that I lost. Not only that I lost but that it wasnt even the same bet that I made. Of course I immediately call BETUS and they say that, theres noyjing thatvthey can do, because the they use a 3rd party to control live betting. I had noticed this issue happen several times before. I thought I was going crazy but caught them all admitting thatvthis happens on their website frequently and always receive complaints. And the only way to remedy is to take a screen shot everytime you olace a wager, especially live wagers. As the customer I have now lost thousands of dollats and opportunities to remaun on a winning streak, javing to reload my funds and start over fr9m scratch. This is a rip off. And because they use a 3rd party to manage wagers, "There is nothing they can do." The rigging is palpable and the customer trust is non-existent with BETUS. I say this after being a customer for over 10 years. Funny things were happening in the past which made me freezevmy account forcseveral years. I just gave them a few years, went back and hoped things would be better. Instead they seem to have gotten worss. Andcwhen BETUS just confirmed that this also happens to other customers, I knew to contact BETUS and now the BBB to help all others who afe thinking about using BETUS: DO NOT! Apparently, THEIR MISTAKES ARE NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. If you are new or old, STAU FAR, FAR AWAY from BETUS. It not only happens on their sports wagers but I now know that it also happens at their BlackJack tables. Things are going along and then you lose hands that you know you won. Its nice knowing that I am not alone in these BETUS fraudulent change of wagers. STAY far away from BETUS. Obviously their customer service support team is tired of receiving these complaints. But because uts a 3rd party, taking and grading live wagers: That even when you win, your 8nitial wager can be switched and you end up receiving a loss. And unless you take a screen shot, youll have no proof or documentation. I knew something weong had happened several times before but now I've caught this improper action on the BETUS end, 3 times in one week. Probably closer to 15-20 times overall. Do you realize how much real, hard earned money has been losr because of their cheating and welching. I would rather wager with a c9mpany that tells me up front, that they are going to steal my winning bets first, rather than this crap rhat BETUS does after the contest is over. Even if it is the 3rd party's fault, IT IS STILL BETUS's responsibility to the customer and themselves. Cant claim to be the best if you cant even have an honest wager placed and settled. If tou stay away from BETUS, then you will never be disappointed.
Betus closed my account and is trying hard to keep my money
Betus closed my account about 3 months ago and told me to call them by phone. They would not tell me why my account was closed over email and insisted i call them on the phone... I called them by phone and they started making up lies telling me ive been "sharing information" (whatever that means) with another player.
When asking them how they came up with such an accusation, all i got for a response was "you know what you did just admit it". At betus its obvious that you are guilty until proven innocent instead of the other way around. Just baseless claim after baseless claim on the phone call, i simply could not believe what i was hearing. I even sent them a photo of my id and a selfie holding my id! But apparently this is not enough verification for them... would also be willing to send in bank statements aswell and even write my id of the account on a piece of paper and send them a selfie with it, but this would also not be "sufficient verification" for them because it seems they will do absolutely anything they can in their power to not pay me out and steal my money with baseless claims. This account is the only account i have ever had with betus. The other player they mentioned (or made up) has obviously has no ties whatsover to my "ip address" as they claim because have no idea who this person is (if he even exists). They have pointed me to their terms and conditions which absolutely have nothing to do with me as i have abided by all the guidelines and terms and they have no reply when i ask them for evidence or proof (obviously because its fabricated) for all their baseless claims and give me replies like "you know what you did, just admit it", "if you want your account reopened you need to come clean with me and tell me your relationship with *insertname*, "im trying to understand what your relationship is with *insert name*. "we cant open your account if you dont tell me what your relationship is with *insert name* ". Keep in mind i have no idea who this person is that they are mentioning and he is probably made up. And when i mention that i dont know the person they are talking about they just tell me they cant reopen my account until i admit i know the person...ridiculous and obvious tactics of trying to scam me and keep my money.

I come from the sportsbook industry. It's places like BetUS that gives the offshore sportsbook industry a bad reputation. You might as well take your money that you were going to send BetUS and light it on fire. At least that way you can say you got something out of it. All of these reviews are spot on. I have legend status on Bovada. I gamble every single day. The only reason why I made a very temporary switch to BetUS was because I wanted to see what kind of slots they had. I won several thousand dollars and after I played through my 30 time rollover, I had 1500 dollars in the casino. A message flashed on the screen congratulating me that I had made it through the rollover and suddenly my 1500 dollars was reduced to 750 dollars. When I called to inquire as to why that happened, the customer service department informed me that the max payout was 750 dollars for this type of bonus. I thought to myself, "ok. Well 750 is better than nothing". So I decided to cash out the 750, and when I did, i received a message on the withdrawl screen that I still had 600 dollars in sports bets that I needed to play through in order to cash out. I thought "geez. This is never ending." so i decided to let it all ride on 1 game. I won. So at that point my balance was 1350 dollars and I was all but certain that now I would be able to cash out. So when I went to the cashout screen again, it finally allowed me to request a cashout. At this point i was pissed so I decided to cash it all out. I waited all day for confirmation of the cash out, and when it didn't arrive, I called customer service. That's when they informed me that I misunderstood the process, and once the 750 dollars was deposited into my sportsbook account, and moved from my casino account, I then had to play another 30 times rollover with that totalling 22,500 dollars. Nevermind the fact that I had won the game. So at this point i was livid and thought I would never be able to play through 22,500 dollars with only 1300 dollars in the account. So I was driving down the highway, playing 300 dollars a hand on blackjack, and before I knew it, I had actually played through the 22,500 dollars. I kept track of it myself because there is no way to tell on the website where you stand on the rollover. After I played the 22,500, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I now had 6K in my account. I called customer service to inform them that I had played through the 22,500 rollover and I would now like to cash out my 6K. Guess what... I was only able to cash out 750 dollars. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about this, not only did they not pay me the 750 dollars, but they disabled my account. The owner was not trust worthy fifteen years ago, and apparently is even worse now (i know this because before he became a thief, we knew eachother in my previous life.) They claim to be legit but they are so far from it. Please do yourself a favor and go to bovada. You will appreciate it. There are a couple of management responses on this forum from a guy named Lex. He suggests that you call him to explain. Good luck with that. The number he has listed is *******886. EXT. 2738. So i tried to call it to speak with him and guess what... it's a voice mail for a guy named John Rocky. Sorry Lex but you are full of it. Try if for yourself. I wouldn't make this up. Thank god I only put a couple hundred dollars on this. Long story short, a 200 dollar bonus, I played throught almost 40K, and when finished, had 6K in my account. I was only able to cash out 750 when it was all done. Please think twice and take to heart all of these negative reviews. There is a reason they are all on here. Your identity, bank account is at risk if you disclose credit card or ID. If you did give your debit or credit card to this place, I suggest you cancel the card and get a new one ASAP. There are so many trustworthy platforms out there. I have no reason to say any of this other than I am trying to save someone from losing their shorts. These guys are just trying to get while the getting is good as the legal sportsbook industry continues to evolve Stateside. I can't imagine that this place will survive. I guess the best way is to list numerically.
1. They encourage non traditional ways to deposit,
Crypto Etc.
2. If you use a Debit Card or Credit Card, and you deposit using their AI Protocol there's are multiple ways of having an unsuccessful deposit. I will list below.
A. Maybe on a certain day BetUs (as they discribe it) may not have enough VISA Carriers to handle all the deposit transfer traffic.
B. After a few failed deposit attempts with the AI, you call and talk to a warm body agent; the agent will tell you "Don't Use the AI Deposit Protocol too many thinks can go wrong. For that reason We BetUs, Recommend Crypto". And BetUs will even provide a crash course in understanding Crypto.
C. Say you still want to use a Debit Card, the agent will run your deposit request again an "Maybe" it will be successful. Because remember all those pings your Bank is getting, Your Banks Algorithm is saying
"Whats the Hells going on, and your bank may send you a message saying what's going on, or put your deposit attempts into a potential fraud status. Then you'll have to square things away with your bank. So like the BetUs Customer Service always says "We Recommend Crypto".
D. And in most cases if fraud status is reached, then a new Debit or Credit Card will have to be issued. And you'll have to Register the new card with BetUs.
3. If an when a Debit transaction is successful, there's a 7.50% transaction fee. And a Randomly Selected INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY CONVERSION FEE added to your transaction.
A. BetUs Will Reimburse You for the International Transaction Fee. But you have to wait till the transaction has Become Final in your banking statement, then secure message the proof to BetUs.
BetUs Does Refund the International Currency Conversion Charge Rapidly, but it's just a PIA
(pain in the $#*!). And Most banks will charge a International Banking Fee also, not much, but it is another charge.
4. When you look at your a Banking Statement and see the BetUs transactions, they are not listed as BetUs. Below are a few of many Transaction Identifiers BetUs Uses

5. My most recent deposit attempt was a real Debacle with a capital D, it gets involved so please be patient.
This deposit involved another of BetUs's camouflaged deposit tactics.
A. i tryed to Deposit $460.00. BetUs Fee and International Currency Conversion fee, Grand Total
$496.27.
B. well my bank recognized and paid to the transaction to Telenoc Solutions. A transaction indentifier i recognized. But the deposit didn't get deposited into my BetUs account.
C. i called Deposit Management Sevices and immediately started receiving the BetUs Shuffle.
Ive been doing business with them for a couple of yrs, so i feel im accurate at detecting the
BetUs Shuffle
1. I was told i should of used a Credit Card not a Debit Card. (that was a new excuse, gotta give um credit for that)
2. I was told since the my deposit didn't reach my BetUs Account, the transaction should drop off my bank recognized transaction.
3. Well it didn't l, so i began a claim with my bank.
4. i gave my bank all the information i could, but when My Bank Told Me That TELENOC SOLUTIONS was not active, an or was out of business, I asked my bank to look at all the international transactions to see all the different identifiers that would ultimately lead to BetUs. The Bank Agreed and contacted BetUs an Refunded My Deposit, all 496.27. The Hickup in this attempted deposit, was a Carrier Authorized By BetUs to intercept deposits, then deposit the money into our account, this carrier didn't deposit my money into my account. The name of the Intercept Carrier is "PAYAZA". I know because PAYAZA sent me an email saying i had a successful deposit. To where, i do not know. My best guess is PAYAZA, an maybe BetUs were hopefull i'd just forget about the 496.27
5. BetUs Scolded Me by saying "Since I had shared all the different Deposit Indentifiers BetUs Had used with my transactions they won't allow me to use a Debit or Credit Card any more. I felt as if I was in the same room with a BetUs Representative he or she may have cracked me over the knuckles with a 12 inch ruler.
Oh, an if you are fortunate to win you have the choice of a bank to bank transfer of your winnings at a very unreasonable charge. Or a Check that comes from a Bank in Canada, that has a 8 Digit Routing Number, that most banks just won't accept. And there's a unreasonable Fee for a Check also. And BetUs alerts you that this Mail or FedEx could take 10 days. I say 10 Days if your lucky.
And to top it all off, i myself only played the Horses with BetUs, an after the 2nd Winning Evening at my favorite track, i was not allowed to wager on that Particular Track Anymore. My favorite track did not appear as a betting choice. Now i understand that BetUs Does not Participate In the Paramutial Pools here in the States and if you win, the money is coming out of their pocket. But that's why they call it gambling.
Well i've experienced what BetUs has to offer, and there's just to many inconsistency's. Hope this was helpful.
