The worst betting site do not give away your money. A refuse to let me take out my money even though I gave them a lot and they said I have to bet $******* which is ridiculous because I was never told that

I agree with most of the reviews here. These people are con artists and thieves, don't send them your money. I have contacted them by phone eleven times and sent multiple messages. Their business model is clearly predatory, and I have no expectation of getting my money back, but I will do everything I can to spread the word. These guys are crooks! They don't deserve even one star.

They either make you take your money out in crypto-currency, or they charge you $50 to withdraw it. I'm like, "What!? I don't deal in crypto-currency." I gave them money in US currency, placed my wagers in US currency, and they force you to a scam crypto-currency to withdraw. Spoke to a couple of associates, and then a supervisor named "Morgan" - no budging, nobody to talk to above Morgan, per Morgan. It's crazy. I don't do much betting at all, but just dabbled in it, but my intuition told me I was going down a dark alley with these folks, so I decided to stop betting and pull my $200 out. And then my intuition was confirmed when I went to take my money out. And It's not worth my time to fight with those crooks for $50. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them.

I quit using the site after payment issues, I went on it to see if it was still as bad as it was and it is. While not the worst Id rate it as bottom half easily experience wise having played in dozens on online casinos. I hit bonus feature and got a 0 dollar return playing over $1. IMO this only happens at the driest worst of casinos.

As has already been stated, this business is very difficult to do business with. And that's being charitable.
Short story is they make it as difficult as possible to get a payout should you desire one. Multiple forms of ID, bank statements, all sorts of hoops you're asked to jump through. All so that you get frustrated, leave your money in the account, and eventually lose it as it becomes too difficult to try and get paid.

When/if you DO get paid? They'll send you a CANADIAN check which your bank will charge a fee for in order to accept it. (Not to mention it costs $50+ to get them to send a check to begin with. Unless you want crypto or bitcoin or some other bulls*** form of payment.)

They are very unethical and will do all they can to rip you off.

I deposited money to open an account. Just to find a glitchy website with no obvious way to request a payout except calling customer service.

After phone call a healthy wait on hold I was told that to request a payout I would need to: 1) wait 72 hours 2) provide a photo of the front and back of my credit card and 3) provide photo of my ID. I said this is ridiculous as none of those things were required to make a deposit. And I just wanted the deposit refunded to the same account. The representative was very aggressive, rude and said that if I did not follow their procedures the money would "remain in the account." I said that's a scam and he immediately became more rude and offensive saying that they have been in business for 30 years. Wish I had read their reviews before depositing money.

This site is a total scam. They will cut your account off at anytime if you start to hit a win streak. I know this because I ended up winning 14 consecutive bets and customer service calls me and tells me that I can no longer bet with them because their website is not for professionals and recreational use only. I told them I was a 27 year old college student and had no background in being a professional gambler and they said sorry we can't change this decision! WTF! They basically cut my account off because i was starting to win. Never use betus

BetUS will take your money but just try to get your winnings from them. The best course of action is to declare their charges on your credit card as FRAUD! None of the avenues they profess will lead you to a payout works. All of these avenues seem to block attempts to send the numerous ridiculous pieces of documentation they require. For Crying Out Loud! They want a copy of driver's license, copies of the credit card, a verification form and then after obtaining all these documents the request fails to go through. The credit card company attempted to contact them to speak with a manager. One phone number went unanswered. Another answered phone line was hung up after the credit card company identified themselves and the purpose for the call! Avoid this company. They are a huge SCAM!

I deposited $300. That had a matching offer. I immediately bet the$300 on the Cowboys to cover which they did. So I bet the$300 I deposited and won. Then I bet the matching$300 on some college games. Won some lost some. So I bet my cash and I bet the bonus money. I have a $800+ balance. Requested a payout. It's refused. They say I have to bet $5,000 more dollars on "qualifying bets" before I can be paid out the $835. Stay away. Do not use. Total scam!

This is a crooked site...they'll. Confirm your bets and if you win, they'lll say you never really bet or confirmed your bets. Total scam. I can share pix of my confirmed bet that won...and when I called in they say they are an offshore illegal betting site, so what am I gonna do, call the "authorities"?...if you win they don't pay because there is no legal way to make them pay...if you loose they take your money...it's a NO WIN...so RUN AWAY!

I've had 60 free spins at 2.50$ an won 5$. On top of that I was at 246$ after one spin at 1.25$ I was at 71$. Then they took the 30 free spins I had left. There are no win on free spins you will not win big they monitor when your playing to let you reach a certain amount. Then you will be logged out while playing. An won't win at all. Never put your money with these people! They are scam artists and never pay off! They come up with fees so heavy that you never get your winnings back. We placed a $50 super bowl bet and won, Then they charged us $55 to get that payout back. I cannot tell you enough how terrible these people are. Not only did they make you jump through hoops in order to provide documentation to get your money back but spent over 2 hours with the company in order to do that. They sure took our money out of our account to place the bet but did not want to do anything in order to give it back. Instead they should be called don't Betus.

After betting and winning two money line bets, I was told that the bets were somehow based on points spread or something else I don't do or understand. Requested the account be closed and remaining funds returned

I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. Betus is the worst betting platform, when you deposit there's a 72 hour window on the deposit before you withdraw and when you withdraw they charge you around 50 bucks to have it sent to your bank. They also only offer crypto currency withdrawls and bank wires so not many options either.

I have been a member of BETUS.com for over 5 years and have come to the conclusion they're a crock. They will pay you out, it takes them a while to send you the debit card they will pay you out on, once you receive that, it will take another 72 hours for them to get the funds onto that debit card.
Betus pretend like they have club level memberships... meaning if you bet enough, you will earn silver status, gold status platinum etc. they even give people in their special clubs a special phone number to call that is supposed to provide better customer service. Well, it's all a ploy and a lie.
They will take your money easily in a matter of minutes but they make it a real hassle to withdrawal. For example, you could deposit now and if you went to withdraw tomorrow, they would tell you that you cannot withdraw until 72 hours after your deposit, not to mention, they will treat you like a piece of dirt when that time comes. I recommend 5dimes

This company is the biggest scam of all time. If you win you are unable to withdraw funds unless you hit your min rollover which is a ridiculous amount of money upwards of $7,500. This was never mentioned on any sign up page or when speaking to live agents.

Upon hearing this when asking to be paid out they said it is mentioned in their terms and conditions. So they deliberately hide vital information such as this to scam everyone that signs up.

I have been with Bet us since 2007 I only play sports bet football and baseball l am not a big better about 30.00 to 100.00 a game I never take the bonus because they always have a reason not to pay you but that is industry standard not just them. On 9/27 I went to my account in which I should have had a Balance 330.00. When I logged in the Balance was 0. So I looked at my activity and it said I lost it all in the casino. I called them and talked to CS he confirmed and said about playing Casino and said there is an IP address coming from India I am in Texas. Now 5 days later it is under the manager's review and they say to call back tomorrow I have called them each day and have sent two emails and the only replay is callback tomorrow,

I have never had a bad experience with a online gambling site except when I lose money because I make stupid bets.

They actually stoled 1000 dollars from my account. You get the run around. Can't escalate the issue. I am 53 and this is the first time I got scammed so not bad considering.

This company doesn't want to payout. If u refuse bonus on initial deposit. They will send u one through the website that will stop u from using ur own money. Which will trap ur own money that u deposited. SCAM.

When you first open an account and make deposits, they are super nice and punctual and leave out all the hoops you have to jump through of you want to withdraw your winnings from your very own account... On top of that...any time you withdraw money from your very own account they charge you like 10% on top of everything you withdraw our 45$ which ever amount is more...these are proffesional scam artist here! Consider yourself warned that if you don't want to just throw your money away, stay away from these goons!
