Don't make the same mistake I did.

BetUS uses everything in their power to NOT pay you your winnings. I could get into the long story of my negative experience with them, but I will save you and myself the time.

AVOID BetUS.

They are the worst betting site. Trying to make it imposible to take your money out, it's hard to deposit, impossible to take money out. Very unpleasant customer support. There are 25 other betting apps that are much better than them. Do not use them!

I called cause I was having trouble. They IMMEDIATELY made me feel like I was trying to scam them. When I never been in trouble in my life. All I wanted to do was use there platform and didn't know how and the guy made me feel like I was committing a felony by wanting to play. I'll never use a app like that.

Just try to get them to send you your winnings. They make withdrawing your money extremely difficult. They'll take your money with a credit card and the click of a button but to get your money out, you have to email them a scanned image of your credit card, both front and back sides, your state ID, and a form you download. You then have to scan it or take a picture of it and email it to them and fill out a request form with all of your bank info, account #, bank address, routing number, BIC Number (never even heard of this, had to call my bank). Then wait for them to approve your withdrawal. Makes betting very unfun. Avoid them.

I deposited my money into betus and then they asked me for documents, I gave them everything I could from my bank thats connected to my card and explained to them that my card is my bank account then they kept denying my verification 4+ times. They kept asking me for my password and even after I gave them my ID and my other card statement they still denied me and they dont even let you withdraw your money if you arent verified so now my money is stuck and had to dispute with my bank waiting now.
They also give you less money to win a bet compared to other betting places

They stole $300 from me... I spent 2 month trying to get it. Called 15 times over that period with an average of 20 minute calls. Lie after lie everytime I try to get an answer. Near the end was down to $100.00 then last couple weeks and playoffs won bets to get to $600.00 requested payout and said I must bet $11,780.00 due to rollover bonus. So my money is stuck in there. Customer/ betting platform all crooked., quick to hold your money but still let you bet., based off using another person address with an account with them already.,

I received a free bet for $25, I bet won $25. My account showed $25 cash, but I had to wager a $750 sports book to cash out. So I played the casino won $4200, placed 2 $750 bets so I would be able to withdrawal. Again I was met with some more BS to keep me from cashing out my winnings. In the end they kept $4,090 and gave me $125. I've had green bets with BETMGM and won and the money was mine to do what I please play, withdraw, whatever I wanted it for, other sites as well. In the end never again will I play or associate with BETUS, I was robbed.

Do NOT get suckered into their promos; complete scam. The person on the phone even bragged that he was in Costa Rica and/or Canada so they could not be sued for stealing funds. CROOKS!

Last November, I signed up with a modest $120.00 deposit, for which I received $120.00 in matching bonus bets. I made a couple of wagers on NFL games and they both won. At that point, I decided to withdraw only my initial deposit of $120.00. When I went to my account to initiate the withdrawal, I found I had a $2,600.00 "rollover balance" and was not allowed to get my initial deposit of $120.00 back. I called BetUS and spoke with a customer service rep who was extremely rude to me and said stuff like "maybe you should have read the terms before signing up" and "ALL the betting sites do this" (which is a complete LIE). He never was able to explain to me just why my initial deposit of $120.00 had turned into a $2,600.00 "rollover balance" that I had to satisfy before getting any money back. I was able to close my account and I also cancelled the credit card I had used to make my initial deposit. I have chalked this up to a lesson learned the hard way.
