They are very disrespectful and one sided, he'll I even placed a bet with them and after the game started they call and tell me it's canceled how is this legal this is completely illegal I placed the bet with them and then a hour later they say there refunding me. I first tried to place 50 dollars in MY ACCOUNT AND THEY TRIED TO place 150 in my account and tell me I'm the one who tried to place the bet of 100 when they know and I know there the ones who tried to do it but my bank declined it'd to suspicious activity so I finally get to a resolution through there chat with a agent who offered to give me a 100 percent deposit bonus for whatever I deposited so I deposited 50 and he gave me a 50 dollar free play. Now after all that being said I would recommend that you never do business with these corruptpeppplewho can't even speak english.

You don't win anything they slack with bonuses payout is ridiculous and they have a nasty attitude. I will never play again

My elderly mother (87 years young) loves to bet on football games, God bless her. For several years she enjoyed the BetUS system. She never took ANY of her money OUT. She just "Let It Ride" so she can make more bets in the future.
All of a sudden (out of nowhere) she logs onto the website, and $100 is missing from her total! She called her "Rep" at BetUS, his name is Clyde, she adored him. She asks why her account is showing $100 less -- Clyde tells her a payout was requested. And a payout was given. AND the person who requested it, received it in BITCOIN!
My elderly mother has no clue what BITCOIN even is.

In the days that followed, "Clyde" helped her change her password -- to prevent any further fraud. After changing her password, within DAYS the rest of her account was depleted. To this day, BetUS says there was "No security breach" -- however NOBODY knew my mother's new password except "Clyde" -- her personal Rep. OVER $350 from her account simply disappeared. (It HAD to be an Inside Job, right?) BetUS has taken ZERO responsibilty for this fraud and theft.
Bottom line, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Your money might disappear. This was my mother's tiny savings, to give her mental stimulation and joy -- to place a simple $5 or $10 bet and occupy her time cheering for her football team with a (lower level) monetary wager. NOW the entire $350 has disappeared and BetUS takes zero responsibility for the disappearance.

Was hung up on twice by a casino supervisor after following correct policy and procedure. Worst customer serive on the planet

I received a casino credit of $100. I played on this credit until I reached the rollover limit and it converted the $2k that I was up into $800 cash in my account. Over the next 4 days I sports bet with this and am currently up to a little over $8k. The first day I was up over $3k and tried getting a $2500 payout. Every single day BETUS would send me an email stating to get your payout approved I needed to do something else. First it was more documentation that they had approved in the past. Then I needed to play another $6k in the casino. So I completed that task, and now they are now saying I can only have $300 of my winnings and they are taking the rest of my balance away. They are straight up stealing my money. I had stopped betting with this horrible company a while back because of every time I want a payout, this type of garbage happens. It takes forever and they manufacturer ways to try and not payout. I was enticed back by some free play, and when I win a lot, they come up with some BS to steal it. LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE, DON'T BET WITH THIS COMPANY!

Today is February 2,2017 and I want for people to please read my review regarding Betus. So here we go. I have been with betus since 2010 and yes I woI'll lose all the time. It wasn't that they just took my money it's just that I suck when it comes to sports gambling. So two weeks ago I decided to deposit a couple of hundred dollars and turned it into a *******. 00 between sports betting and the casino. I was really nervous that I might not getb paid because of the bad reviews I recently read but I did. I called Customer Service and asked then how do I receive my money. They told me I had to send them photos of my credit card front and back and a current photo ID and I can upload it on their secure Web page. Yes they want 72 hours from the last deposit before they allow you to withdraw because they want to make sure they get their money. So once the 72 hours hit they will process your request up to 3000. 00 a day and you can receive it on a gift card where you will be given a pin. If you want to have your funds faster I suggest when you open your account to request to have the pay out card sent out to you right away instead of waiting because it does take anywhere from 2 or 3 weeks. This way you won't have to wait as long after you win. My best advise for all new bettors is give customer service a call ask all the questions about those bad postings you might read or hear before you use any site. Again, I rate customer service and the site a 4 star, but will not give a 5 star because like anyone else I wish I could of receive my total winnings in one pay out. As long as I know their rules and why they are put in place then I'm ok with it. Again, BETUS is not as bad as those other sites. Yes I did receive my money and recommend this site as being honest. I hope this helps for those of you who have doubts.
