I ordered 3 used books at very good prices. One book arrived very soon while the remaining two arrived more than a week later as they were shipped from a different location. All 3 books are in pretty good condition so I am happy with it. I really wanted one of the books for a long time but didn't want to spend too much on it so this was a good deal.

The best thing about this website is their emails. One of the first emails I received after I ordered my book was incredible, thoughtful and from the perspective Of the book. It was so funny I have saved! The company took really good care of me. I can not rave enough about how well they treated me. The book I ordered I could not find anywhere. Then I tried this site. Bam. I purchased this book for a book group and the book took the maximum number of days quoted for delivery (why does it take 21 days to deliver a book based in the USA to another part of the USA?), but it arrived after the meeting of the book group. I needed to borrow someone else's book.
It was also described as Good - used condition, but nowhere did it say it was ex-library stock, with all the annoying stickers associated with that. In some circumstances I don't mind ex library stock, but I think it should say this.

I ordered two books shipped from them, hoping to use a promo discount. We I finally received my order only one book was delivered. I assumed that the books were shipped separately as that has been the case before in my dealings with this company. But as days passed with no delivery I checked my order status again and it now showed one of my books as canceled ever though I did not cancel it and had to then request a refund as it was not automatically given even though the book was canceled as I was later told by them due to the book being in poor condition, even though i have received books in pretty rough shape before( ex library books) This is not the first time in the past few months that better world books has gotten my orders screwed up. I will not purchase anything from them until they get things in order. I can not recommend them at this time.

Took much longer this time then ever before. It took more than 3 weeks, usually takes about a week. But thats fine.
