I have ordered many times and never been disappointed- books come quickly and in excellent condition. However, my last order (for my son's college books)- one book did not come. It was promptly refunded (thank you!) but I never got a notice it wasn't in the order- and it kept showing as being shipped when I tracked the order. I was disappointed when it wasn't there when the order came- I was hoping they had substituted one of the other many copies still advertised on the website. I then didn't have time to re-order from BWB (but was able to find used locally at least). Overall, I HIGHLY recommend using BWB!
