I received the books I ordered. Some ended up being more damaged than described and one was damaged in the shipping process due to a larger paperback book being included with smaller books and a too small shipping envelope. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase.
I love to go on betterworld for bargain books, but not all of their books are as affordable. They give you free shipping which most places does not do plus they do have some used good books that are very affordable. I've got The Great Gatsby for about $4 and Cinder by marissa Meyer for about $4 or $5 both in pretty good condition and super affordable. They both came in about 2 weeks maybe a little less than that. Overall I recommend getting their used good books for an affordable option and some good reads.
Over the previous five years, I have made many purchases. As with my most recent, delivery has been prompt (within the stipulated guidelines) and the books in the advertised condition. That, and BWB's robust support of reading programs, will keep me coming back.

The system normally works well. I have been impressed though recently a book did not arrive and though I understood the policy and time frame it was obvious from the beginning that the book was lost and I still had to play the waiting game. I was refunded and had order another copy from another source and it was here before the refund showed up in my bank account. A good company but the absence of reason over policy was a weak point. Still a good company and they will continue to get my business.

It's a book that has a terrific collection of stories and poems about horses, from all points of view, including the horses themselves! Such a variety of wonderful art throughout the book. I highly recommend this book. Delivered promptly, too. Thank you!
