I ordered books knowing that they were all in stock in the same place and expecting a rapid delivery, but the delivery was really much longer than expected. I thought I would receive them in less than a fortnight, but it was longer which meant that I only received them later as I was absent when they did arrive.
There is never a book I can't find on this site, even older or indie books. The prices are always great, and the more you buy the better the discounts. Been shopping here for years, and I use no other service but BWBs. If a book is out of stock, I'd rather wait than order elsewhere. Luckily, I've yet to run into that problem. :)

Every book I have ordered for the last several years has been in excellent condition, whether the caption says good condition or excellent condition. However this book, A Walk In The Woods 2, is not. The pages are very yellow and I am afraid that when I read it, the pages will fall out.

This is my new go-to for finding books! They came quickly, condition was as described, and I save a ton of $ building my library of books I want to read. A great option when I can't get out of the house to go book shopping at local thrift stores.
We have placed 8 orders (75+ books) since the middle of May, and all of the orders have been correct and the condition of the books as described.
My observation is that the time to receive the orders has become much longer with each order. In tracking the orders closely, they often sit in one location for 5-6 days. Our first orders would arrive in a week or less, but now the time to receive a shipment is more like 2 weeks.
We have noticed that we get an email saying the books have shipped, but no tracking information shows up for several days.
With the libraries closed during COVID, we turned to Better World Books for our 4 year old's reading material. Sometimes I have a specific book or sometimes I'm searching for a character, like Spiderman, occasion or holiday, or type, like Lift the Flap. We aren't concerned about condition, except once several pages were ripped out, making the book utterly useless. Have also been able to get international books from their U. K. warehouse. Between being rewards member and coupons, I never even pay their price, which is way under list anyway.
