I ordered 8 books. 6 were beautiful and as described. One was ex-library and another was not the expanded anniversary edition it was supposed to be. Price makes it worth 1/4 being unusable.

This is the first time I have purchased from this company. The book was at least in as good as condition as promised, actually better if anything. The book arrived quicker than they said it would. It was priced slightly less than the other companies were offering. Overall, I'm very pleased and will always consider purchasing thru them again. THANKS!

I save lots of money and read LOTS of books. I always hope for all books to be in great shape and have large enough and dark print because my eyes are getting old, but I order almost all my books from Better World Books.

Through my own fault I ordered two of the same book. It is a textbook; it is not like I could give it away as a gift.
I neglected to check over my order. My fault. It would have been nice if there were a prompt that came up that asked, "Do you want two of the same thing?". Just saying. Other than that - all good.
