This is my second order within three months. I am pleased with my purchases. I do recommend this bookstore because the prices are good and they have a huge selection of books that are unavailable in other places, even at comparable prices.

I have ordered several times with no complaints. This time I ordered multiple copies of the book which made the order to be filled from different warehouses. When the first box arrived without all of my books I was unsure of what was happening as the packing slip was missing.
I emailed and was quickly provided with all of the information I needed to feel better.

I was able to purchase a rarer volume here for about a third of the price elsewhere. It got to me in time and the volume was in excellent condition. I believe it may have even been signed by one of the authors! Was very pleased with my purchase. Will definitely buy here again.
I was so happy to have found this valuable site. However, because books are shipped by individual vendors and also because I live in Mexico, my orders have either (a) disappeared, or (b) arrived long after the expected delivery date. It took a while for me to realize that you provide so much variety, I should be ordering other genres too. This is an opportunity to try the work of an Author I've never read before. Fans of James Rollins and Dan Brown suggested trying Charles Brokaw's works. I'm anxious to dig in!
There's a reason this company is called, Better Books. They are better than that big online seller because they actually care. Not only was my order handled smoothly, but they followed up with a clever shipping notice the following day. Love their wit and the timely mannerly with which I received my books.
They also reward points for your purchases, or referrals, and offer discounts ranging from 15% - 30% depending on the number of books you buy from the Bargain Bin. Best of all, they accept books for donation at drop boxes and give back to others in grants, special projects, and literacy partners such as books for Africa. Love these guys!
Everything was great! I received the correct book and it arrived promptly. The only feedback I would offer is to be careful about the glue or backing on the stickers used on your books. I ordered an out of print, older book with a colored paper spine and the sticker placed on it removed some of the colored paper, exposing patches of the lighter color underneath. It was a little disappointing to deface the book by removing the sticker. Despite this, I would order from them again.
My son was excited to get our books - we couldn't find them in paperback editions anywhere else. Arrived in about a week and all in used, but good condition. We'll be ordering the next ones in his series, soon!

There is never a book I can't find on this site, even older or indie books. The prices are always great, and the more you buy the better the discounts. Been shopping here for years, and I use no other service but BWBs. If a book is out of stock, I'd rather wait than order elsewhere. Luckily, I've yet to run into that problem. :)

I have ordered several books from BWB. The site is easy to navigate and the range of books on offer in my area of interest is excellent. I am also impressed by the quality of the books that I have purchased. Those described as being in "very good condition" are what I would call in "excellent" condition, and except for the occasional library sticker are like new. BWB has become my first port of call when buying used books.
Site is easy to navigate. BWB keeps me updated on the process. Haven't yet had any unfavorable issues with conditions of books - I try to be aware of the condition as noted and so far nothing has been a lower standard as stated.
We lost a book from our local library and needed to replace it. The cost that the library was going to charge was much greater than the price I paid for the book through Better World Books. Searching for and ordering the item I needed was simple. I did not experience any trouble with shipping. The uniqueness of this site is in the email that accompanies your book's adventure coming your way. I really enjoyed it. After receiving my book I was able to deliver it as a replacement with our library with no problems.
Hi. It's not my first time buying books from BWB. Coolest online bookshop ever. Amazing prices. Free shipping worldwide, really? It takes a longer time to arrive apparently to where I live (as I'm currenly in Indonesia) but whatever. I love BWB.

I am located central to west in the US so perhaps that had to do with my quick retreval. For those of you further away, take into consideration your wait period- it most likely will be worth it! Such a great way to save and share here on this planet.
This company sells books by ISBN number only and will throw any stock photo up in advertising it, whether it is the book they are selling or not! When you bring it to their attention they say you really should only shop for books by their ISBN number. So wrong! Beware Beware
