Better Me is my personal online plan to decide how I want to loose weight and at the same time live healthier! I simply love the pilatus classes and then follow it up with another class of workout. I start my day with the exercises and feel refreshed and ready for whatever curve balls the day might give! Our town's supermarkets do not sell nice fresh seafood or fresh berries throughout the year, so I have to make other plans to substitute salmon, etc in the recipes, such as frozen berries and seafood. Thank you for this amazing plan!
I'm disappointed by their unfair refund policies and lack of transparency. The refund process is complicated, with hidden fees not disclosed during purchase. Their marketing is misleading, promising more than the actual product delivers. Customer service was unhelpful. I caution others to be wary of better me due to these issues.

57 and never exercised in my life. Being a bricklayer and playing squash was all the work out i needed. Got out of bricklaying, then more recently stopped squash (home/life reasons) I realised I was getting soft.
The Better Me app I found and subscribed (after a few months deciding if it was legit) and it's fantastic. The workouts are short and sweet. If I'm feeling motivated I do a second workout from the extensive extras list. My two daughters visited from Melbourne a week ago and three of us did chair yoga together. Awesome!

I find the app and workouts really manageable and easy to use. I am already noticing how such a short workout is effecting my body; definitely feeling sore afterward and even though the workout is short, it feels very targeted and effective. I have also noticed my habits around food and walking have improved because I'm doing the workout every day and all the added extras on the app that support a healthy lifestyle. I'm a working mum, so this amount of exercise is perfect and doable for me.

I'm a 68 yr old woman in good shape for my age. But over the last 5 years a persistent belly has been revealing itself! I saw the ads for Better Me & thought 'why not'? Workouts are REAL! Customized for me. I'm feeling muscles I don't remember having! It's great to touch my toes again in less than a week! I'm in for the long haul! Can't wait to see the results after 3 weeks! Don't hesitate - you can do it, too!
This app changed my days. Best choice in a long time.From the first lesson, I have enjoyed every minute of it! Now I look forward to my next day to unlock because the exercises are very well explained and easy to follow also the meal plan is amazing and very clear. If you have second thoughts about it forget it is the best app that will help you to be much happier with a lot of aspects of your life!
I've only done this 2x. It's a good workout. I think what would make it better is:
1) group exercises. For instance do all the sitting ones together, all the standing ones together, all the lying down ones together, etc.
2) be able to see the meals a week or two out so one can plan and shop accordingly.
3) get a real response when you contact support rather than be given a bunch of links to articles that don't help.
You hear it every year. Shedding a few pounds or being a healthier version of yourself is almost always at the top of everyone's list. Most resolutions barely make it over a week, and after a month, well forget about it. BUT this app, is FANTASTIC! It sets reminders to drink water, work out, has a meal plan and so much more. There are a ton of different work outs. Some of the work outs seem so easy and calming, you won't even feel like a workout, until the next morning when you're sore.

So far I'm new in and have not kept up but looking into what's on offer and the advice and add on packages the whole package is fantastic value for money.
I spoke about it with a friend who's a PT and he completely backed up my opinions. The workouts albeit I'm just starting out are easy to follow and you really feel the benifit of them. All in I think its definitely something I'll keep doing after my program ends and I'll renew and continue using this at hopefully a higher level.
I'm only on day 3 of workouts, but I am loving it so far. I enjoy That after your work out it asks if it was too easy, and if you feel it was, the app overs you other short workouts so you can keep going. The recipes are pretty tasty, and logging my foods has helped me to see where I'm going wrong with my intake. This app is perfect for a all, especially those with busy lifestyle where you may only have 20 minutes to squeeze in a workout at home while the kids nap.
I have only been using the better me app for 3 day I absolutely love it! I recommend if your thinking about it do it! It's a game changer the help you with everything work out keep track or food water clearing your mind personal trainers online you choose who feel would fit with you best even can get a better me fit watch to keep even more data on your progress! I'm telling you I'm so glad I took the step and got on this app! You won't either so i say go for it!

Easy to navigate, easy plans, the workouts are a bit quick in steps to allow for time to get off the floor and get into a standing position. But I'm hoping in time, it'll get easier.

It's been years since I realize that I need to be more physically active but it seemed there was nothing that could motivate me.
I love your app. It's really user friendly and the exercises are not only really perfectly designed for my beginner's needs, but they are also not stressing me out at all. Quite the opposite. Every day, I look forward to continuing with my practice. As of right now, can't wait to be done with work so I can go practice :)
So far I'm enjoying the app. If I could make any suggestions, it would be to allow the user to "share" after they do a workout. I know that motivates a lot of people. I like that it tracks through my phone, so I can still use it with other apps, like "lose it." I don't think the calorie counter is quite as easy or user-friendly as "lose it." I usually track my food with it, then just enter total calories into BetterMe.
I've had multiple back surgeries and I'm more out of shape than ever before. I needed exercise that I could do anywhere, and that would not hurt my back. In the past I'd try taking on too much at once and quit after a short time. Although this is my first week, I feel like I can do these workouts and get good exercise without over doing it. They are fairly short and simple, but are definitely effective because I am sore in a good way. I'm looking forward to seeing what changes come over time.

I'm a 56 year old female who never struggled with weight until peri menopause and menopause set in. Plus genetics at my age. I tried stationary bike riding, which helped but not enough. I initially started the indoor walking 28 day workout and absolutely loved it. I will continue to do the indoor walking exercises, but have now also moved on to the seniors workouts - the toned tummy workout is amazing.
