I ordered May 21 and still don't today! Was sent a tracking number 3 days ago and all it says is fed ex awaiting package and no date given. This is bad business! Customer service isn't any help at all. I could've just ordered the bag thru Amazon and would've received it the next day and free shipping. This is my second order with Betsey Johnson and apparently the company doesn't care. Never again Y'all suck
I do not recommend buying from Betsey johnson.com. Every time I buy from them their products come a month later then their ship date. Also their customer service is awful. They have no idea what's going on and no idea when you will get your order. And believe me I am a huge BJ fan. However I buy from mostly eBay instead or look around for other distributors.

Ordered some shoes for my daughter last week, six days later they have still not shipped nor can customer service tell me when they are going to ship. Even though they are in stock. If you need anything even somewhat quick this company can not deliver. Stay away you have been warned!

Ordered my daughter shoes in January. Told me they were back ordered till March. March came know they say back order till June this is not acceptable. I can see 30 days maybe but almost 6months really and when I ordered they said in stock. Was for a important event which has passed sadly.

I ordered a pair of shoes for $137 in October. I reached out to customer service a month later because I never received a shipping confirmation, but they took my payment. Customer service told me the item would not ship until Nov 21st. Here it is Dec 21, and I still have not received a tracking number or anything. Customer service is no longer responding. I will never buy from here again.

I love Betsey Johnson products. They're unique, shiny, girly, and fun. However, I'd suggest buying them from a store instead of their website. I bought a pair of shoes in October and they still haven't arrived. They were out of stock, but said they would ship by mid November. Two months later, it's been shipped by the cheap slow FedEx home delivery, and hasn't arrived. Its December 17h today. I'm going to return them now just because of the bad service.

I really like this site. They have good collection of bags and sandals. So far I ordered 3 bags and 2 sandals from this site. They were beautiful and they delivered it on time.
I bought a dark blue clutch with roses on it. It's very sturdy. Its well made and I have used it heavy. I love that's it is fun and colorful too.

I Was told I would get a refund. Now they're asking me to do the legwork of contacting shipping when shipping was supposed to be free. I just want a refund my money back in full. Three times I have contacted customer service about my tracking information not being valid and they have given me some basic answer. I need my order before I go on vacation otherwise they can keep it! If you have to have something g from Betsey Johnson please don't order from direct website. I don't know what they have going on over there. It's been a nightmare

I received my order *******, to small so I emailed customer service they responded but trying to get a return label has been a nightmare, the website is horrible but after reading the reviews I see why her ratings are so low. I tried them on, and they are too small hurt my feet so bad because they don't fit. I'm scared to exchange them for another size after reading the reviews I just want my money back. Looks are very deceiving.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter and a pair heels from the website. I never write reviews but Betsey dresses fit like they were made for the wearer and they never disappoint. The quality, fit and style are hard to beat. The shoes are just beautiful. All three items arrived on time. It feels good to give a gift that's stylish and trendy without sacrificing quality. This site is kind of a scam! Don't buy from it!
They charge $50 for shipping. You get a tracking number from fedex… only… it's *not* your tracking number. It's not your package!
In the very fine print of the website, if you look deep it says your order is shipped to Connecticut — and then shipped through usps!
You don't even get a tracking number.
If you operate like this, it needs to be on your confirmation email and receipt so people aren't confused.
It's shady as hell!
Huge Betsey Johnson fan for 25 years. I've met her, I worked in her boutique, and I'll never buy from here again.
If customers knew the process they would cancel their order.

I placed an order 11-21 for pre sale boots that was to ship 1-22, then was notified they would ship in March, then that changed to April, now they are saying June. I would highly suggest never ordering from them as they seem to never be able to deliver an order in timely fashion. Upon emailing them they could care less if anyone is upset or unhappy. All they care about is the money. Customer service is horrible.
Hondstly they don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them. Utterly disappointed.

I paid for two day shipping. I waited over a week and begged I'm email after email for someone to tell me where my order is! After 8 days I finally reached a supervisor who sent me a second paid as the first pair never came. Then the new pair they sent is WAY too small. Just DONT waste your money. The WORST customer service.

There shipping is 24.95, they cancelled a few items after my 2 purchases that were on sale making it really not worth it. A month after delivery FedEx sent me a bill for over 160.00 Canadian. When I wrote Betsey Johnson to ask why their carrier was charging a high brokerage fee when I had already paid for shipping. They just keep responding that I had only paid 24.95 each order. Customs is understandable, but another high shipping charge in not.

I purchased two dresses. Neither of them will work for me, so I called to send them back. I was notified that there would be a restocking fee. What clothing store has a restocking fee? Can't remember, but it was $7 or $8 and I'm hoping it wasn't for each item returned. Wow. Greedy company.

He told me because it is out of stock I can pay to return it for a refund. No other option. I've always bought Betsey johnson. This was my first time buying from online store. Ordered from this site after using Amazon's Try Before You Buy feature and loved the Betsey Johnson shoes I had tried. They were the same price and I figured why not buy from the actual site instead of going through Amazon, right? Wrong. Ordered the shoes, two weeks went by without a shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service and was told they are extremely busy but my order will be shipped soon and they thanked me for my patience. A week later I received a refund and an email telling me they canceled my order because the item was out of stock and gave me a coupon for 20% off. I went to their site and saw the exact shoe and size was still for sale. I was half tempted to order again using the coupon but didn't have the patience to deal with them anymore. I ordered off Amazon and had them two days later, no issue. What a shame.
