Overall a decent experience. The biggest concern is the signature required for delivery. Also, the dyson v6 cordless pet hair only carries a 20 min charge. Very disappointing for a 500 vacuum ( and target has it for 399 vs 500) right now.

I had a bit of a difficult time setting the vacuum to the area rugs. It was great on the bare floors.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Best Vacuum. I ordered the C3 Complete Alize. I liked everything about it except the floor tool. It just didn't work properly on my area rugs. When I called customer service, they asked me several questions about my carpets and specific vacuuming needs. They recommended that I switch to the Titan C1 Classic, which is actually $50 less than the C3. I was able to return the C3 at no charge and receive a credit for the difference. I am now waiting for the Titan to be delivered, and I expect to be completely satisfied when I put it to the test in my home. The people at Best Vacuum know the meaning of customer service and customer satisfaction!

Called the toll-free number in order to ensure that I was ordering the correct replacement piece for a Miele Manhattan. Operator was very helpful and courteous.
My cleaning lady indicated that several of the families for whom she cleans, have the Miele Manhattan. She suggested that I send back the attachment that I bought, as hair gets stuck in the roller and makes it difficult to use. She has resorted to buying an additional tool (not Miele). I am going to keep it for now, but my cleaning lady is reluctant to use it.

Easy to use site with good information regarding choices. However, delivery was a problem. Not only was a signature required, but you also said I had to be home to receive the package. Since it is NOT possible to know what time Fed Ex is going to arrive, that meant staying home ALL day. Very difficult for most people. For that reason alone, I would not be able to order anything over $300 from you. I have never encountered another company that made me do this. Not a good policy!
